"Hotel called to cancel my reservation two hours before check in. Due to lack of air conditioning in the entire hotel. I feel the staff handled the situation well. Allowed me to change reservations to another Olympia with no fees or charges ."

"The property is under restoration and we were disappointed that most of the amenities weren’t available. However, your staff is an added bonus. Justin at the front desk is friendly, knowledgeable and welcoming. The breakfast staff is also very polite and welcoming. Thank you "

"Our room smelled like mold or water damage. Had to keep the air going circulating constantly to deal with it. Also, one of the reasons we chose this property was because we had enjoyed the hot tub last time we stayed. The hot tub was broken. I think we might explore other properties next time we’re in town."
