"Unfortunately we arrived late and had to leave early but very clean, great shower and easy parking. Just off the motorway as well which was great for us! "

"The staff were fantastic, some of the best cusotmer service I have ever received. Nothing was too much from sorting an early check in as we'd been hiking for 6 days to sorting storage during our hike. Our room, the Spa and breakfast were all excellent. A fabulous stay and when I'm in Innsbruck again this will be where I stay. thank you all for such a great stay."

"Excellent location five minutes by foot from the train station. Beautiful, well lit parking ramp directly under the hotel. Friendly, helpful, English-speaking staff at front desk. Panoramic views of the city from upper floors."

"Lots of facilities we could have used but we were only there for 24 hours. Pool was fab, and a 10 min walk along to some shops and restaurants. Driveway was up a steep hill, but that gave us great views across to the ski jump too. Breakfast buffet was lovely and not too busy despite us going quite late in the serving times. We had a family room which had two separate bedrooms and a dining area and 2 bathrooms"
