Just minutes from the Alpine Meadows base area at Palisades Tahoe and close to the Five Lakes Trail, this updated mountain home puts some of Tahoe's best outdoor recreation within easy reach. In summer, enjoy access to the seasonal Bear Creek neighborhood pond just a block away, explore nearby hiking and biking trails, or make the short drive to Tahoe City and the beaches of Lake Tahoe.

Inside, classic mountain character meets a fresh, contemporary style. Vaulted ceilings, expansive windows, mountain views, curated artwork, and comfortable furnishings create a warm and welcoming setting, while a gas fireplace anchors the main living area. Whether you're planning a Palisades Tahoe ski vacation, a summer hiking trip, or a getaway with family and friends, the home offers a comfortable base for exploring Alpine Meadows and North Lake Tahoe.

Enter through a spacious mudroom with plenty of room for skis, snowboards, boots, and summer gear. This practical entry makes coming and going easy throughout every season.

On the entry level, the primary suite features a California king bed and a beautifully updated ensuite bathroom with dual sinks and an oversized steam shower—an especially welcome amenity after a day of skiing or hiking. Across the hall, a second bedroom provides flexible accommodations with twin beds and a bunk bed, along with its own ensuite half bathroom.

Large windows bring in natural light and showcase the surrounding Alpine Meadows landscape.

The third bedroom is also located on this level and features a queen bed. A second full bathroom provides additional convenience for families and groups.

Step outside onto the deck and take in views of the surrounding Alpine Meadows peaks. Start summer mornings outside with coffee, fire up the grill after an afternoon at Lake Tahoe, or spend the evening beneath the mountain sky. The peaceful setting makes it easy to enjoy the quieter side of Tahoe while remaining close to recreation, dining, and neighboring communities.

Winter is all about easy access to the mountains. The Alpine Meadows base area of Palisades Tahoe is just minutes away, and winter guests can take advantage of the convenient neighborhood ski shuttle for transportation to and from the slopes.
