Beautiful Resort

My daughter and granddaughter stayed 2 nights here. Very beautiful and very family friendly. Lots to do at the resort, pool, grassy area for kids and adults to enjoy games, corn hole, giant chess, and others. My hubby and I will defiantly will be coming back by ourselves to enjoy the spa and other amenities.

Superbowl Weekend

Great superbowl weekend trip. We love the ammenities at the resort, and the chairlift directly into Palisades.

Great for ski trip

Location is unbeatable and the amenities are super nice. My 7 year old was able to take advantage of the lift but my 4 year old had to be dropped off separately at Palisade since he can only go one green trails.

Better to Book directly with the Resort

The property is beautiful - but I was discouraged to see that my friends who booked directly with the Resort had cleaner, more modern rooms. They also were offered super lovely and plush robes to use. The bathroom was outdated and missing hooks for towels and a full-length mirror. I also wanted a late check out and could not for the life of me, find the owner's contact information in any of my booking emails. it was a bit frustrating.

Beautiful hotel

After a bit of a mix up with the booking, Turnkey helped to straighten it all out and our stay was fabulous. The hotel was great and a beautiful setting for a mid-week getaway.

Do not choose this place

We had prepared to come up and enjoy a weekend skiing at this property. Unfortunately, Highway Patrol closed the 80E and turned cars around with no ETA on reopening. I called Vacasa 5 separate times (and endured massive wait times) and were reassured by multiple customer reps that we would be refunded on this reservation given the road closures and lack of ability to check in--we had to send snapshots of the CalTrans website confirming that the road was in fact closed. We told the rep to cancel the reservation, assuming that they would deliver on the refund. This is only to find out that they went back on their word the next day and said that nothing would be refunded. They said that the customer service reps were misinformed and 'unfortunately there was nothing they could do to make the situation better.' We are highly disappointed and will not be doing business with Vacasa ever again. Please save yourself the trouble and book elsewhere with a company takes accountability for their own actions and does right by the customer.

Perfect long weekend
