Great Stay, Everything you need for a great ski getaway
Location was fantastic, check in and check out process super easy. The condo was as advertised, comfortable beds, well equipped kitchen, cozy feel. Great for families of 3 or 4. Would definitely stay here again. Property mgmt was super responsive and helpful before, during and after our stay!
Pretty standard ski condo. No complaints. Check-in very easy. Well managed. Two aspects holding back the fifth star: 1) Elevators & Stairs: there are two elevators in the center of the building. They are quickly overwhelmed. I found myself waiting more than 10 minutes on a few occasions because every time the door opened to take me down a single flight, the elevator is full of people in the gear. On one occasion, my son and I gave up after waiting about 10 minutes and lugged all of our gear and luggage down the stairs which was an ordeal. Compounding matters, the stairs are not near the elevators. There is only one set of stairs and they are located at the far end of the building. If you are staying in the center of the building or at the far end by the stairs, they are convenient for you. Unfortunately, we were at the opposite end.2) This unit is located in the building furthest from the lifts. It is not a bad walk and you’re obviously still in the village, but there are other units that are a few hundred yards closer to the lifts.

Noisy at night during ski season
The apartment looks directly onto a very large parking lot and the main ski village access road. We were there during ski season so every night we were woken up around midnight until 4am or 5am due to snow removal vehicles which are incredibly loud. This intense noise issue is not noted in the description of the unit. We only learned of this issue a few days before the rental with the welcome email that suggested we bring ear plugs or noise canceling headphones to sleep with. The snowplow noise was slightly muffled by the headphones, but not enough to get a good night sleep after a day of skiing. I would recommend that the owner be forthcoming in the description of the unit about this noise issue.
What saved the trip was the apartment has easy access to chairlifts and village shops, and you get to park your car in a garage sheltered from winter weather. When the dishwasher failed the managing agent was very responsive.
The proximity of this property to lifts and restaurants is great and the small kitchen is fairly well stocked. While tight, the living area has a fireplace and a small balcony which is nice, and it is sunny during the day. But, the noise factor should not be overlooked. The unit is on the 2nd floor overlooking a large parking lot and every single night of our stay, whether it had snowed or not, from about 1:00am to 4:00am, there was very noisy equipment working to ready the parking area for the next day. There is one other reviewer who mentioned the noise and I should have heeded that warning. If you are a very heavy sleeper or have really good quality noise cancelling headphones that you don't mind sleeping in, then this unit may work for you. We have rented many other ski condos over the years and have experienced the noise of the grooming machines and snow removal equipment before. But, this was by far more bothersome that we have experienced before. I wish I had listened to that one other reviewer becuase we were very tired skiiers on this trip.

We stayed here during the biggest snow storm Tahoe has seen in 40 years and the maintenance team that keeps this facility clean and put together was excellent! Also, communication with the property manager was extremely easy and they went out of the way to provide additional helpful information. Place was well stocked and easy to walk to the lifts from!
We loved this condo. My husband and I stayed in the master suite and our friends stayed in the other bedroom. It was perfect for the four of us. The location was perfect too. We loved the view of mountains from the deck. We called the property manager to ask for a spatula and they were very responsive. I don’t hesitate to recommend this property!!
The property was very comfortable in a great location with nice amenities. The beds were not the most comfortable, and it was a little noisy sleeping with the windows open. Not sure if there was construction going on, since we heard trucks and voices. Otherwise a nice place and thanks for the bottle of wine as a welcome gift.
