"The only problem I noticed there was that they didn’t have bottled water for sale, so I ran out of water in my room. They do have a water dispenser, but it’s at the reception."

"The hotel’s architectural design was amazing. I love how they kept the hotel as is with some touch ups. Danielle who helped me during check in was nice and helpful. Anne who was the shuttle driver was very friendly and courteous as well telling me all about Omaha and what to do. I do not feel they should take the shuttle service out. I think the shuttle service was one of the highlight why I picked Magnolia especially for the guests who are seniors or do not want to drive during their stay. "

"For the price I should be more comfortable and have basic needs met. The property was beautiful and the valet service was convenient and quick. The food at the restaurant was good as well. However, the ac was either broken or not adjustable to the tenant. I turned it to 67 upon arrival and the temp never came down from 75-it was so hot we couldn’t sleep well. The shower head was broken in a way that the head would swivel down and to the left instead of staying in place-you then had to squish in the corner to get yourself under a solid stream. There also was no basic vending machines for after hours beverage needs. Lastly, I try to consider that you never know what a person is going through but the girl who checked us in was very worked up and kept saying things like “hold on just be patient” “you’re gonna have to give me a minute” & “I can’t help you I’m new” all while I only said hello and my last name-no questions-no interrupting her. She seemed very worked up that I wouldn’t understand the basic process of checking into a hotel and I would be rushing her or something-just odd. All the other staff was perfectly nice and chill. "
