"The location was perfect for day trips to the Porkies, as well as trips into town. Everything was comfortable and clean, and we loved all the thoughtful touches, enjoyed nights by the fire pit and watching hummingbirds at the feeder :) thank you!"

"The beach access across the street was awesome! I wanted to see the sunset and it was gorgeous over the lake. I wish the staff would have mentioned the beach access when we checked in, I was driving to a paid beach nearby when I saw (across the street and down a little) an adorable archway made of drift wood and a sign indicating beach access. But the staff was still wonderful, with suggestions for local restaurants. I loved that I was able to bring my dog here. And the staff offered extra towels to wipe down the dog after the beach. It was great to walk the dog along the quiet beach in the morning. The bathroom was a decent size, im only 5'4" but I could sit legs fully extended in the tub and the water pressure was good. Beds weren't the worst, but could be softer. "

"We had a great time staying at the Rocky Pines! The house was clean and cozy! Kitchen was well stocked and we had plenty of firewood for the firepit. The water was very hard and could use a water softener. Otherwise everything was great and we can't wait to come again!!"

"Very clean and cozy! The kitchen was well stocked with everything you would need to make a meal (pots, pans, etc). Just the right size for 2 - 4 adults. I was very impressed with this property."
