"The room was amazing although I was disappointed that we had an obstructed view from our room balcony because of an overgrown tree. One day was ask for our room to be serviced only to come back and find it wasn't done. Overall it is a beautiful place."

"Beautiful property with lots of activities. The pool and hot tub were exactly what our group needed. Plenty of space and accommodations. Only things that prevent the 5 star rating are: 1. The kitchen could use a deep clean as some of the cabinets were sticky. 2. The fire pit has a raise wooden boarder that one of our guests tripped over and injured themselves. Overall a great time!"

"Great stay on Winnisquam. Scott's property was just as described and an amazing place, with an updated guest house and activities barn, which was a godsend for the kids (and adults :)) on rainy days. Planning on returning and highly recommend!"

"The house was very nice but a little dirty. The cleaners didn't move anything to clean behind or under (we cleaned it up) The oven was not clean and didn't work and the "Lake View" was non-existent. There were beer cans in the bushes by the hot tub and broken chairs around the fire pit.Please don't confuse this with the host being EXCEPTIONAL to work with!! He was very disappointed for us when we told him about the oven and kept apologizing! He was very easy to talk with and very responsive!!Would definitely go back but he may want to look into his cleaning crew :)"

"Beautiful extra large home perfect for our annual large family gathering. Lots of room so we never felt crowded. The host has provided a comfortable home with lots of extra little touches to make our stay more enjoyable. They also responded very quickly and were very helpful about any queries we made. Location is private and quiet but not far from shops, restaurants, and things to do. We will stay here again."
