"There was an AC in the window so the cold air was coming in all night. The noise from the busy main road was very loud. The place in general was very outdated and run down. The couch was ripped with stuffing coming. Carpeting was stained. Walls were dirty. Furniture was broken. The building sits on a nice large piece of property, so there’s potential to be a really great place if torn down and started over. "

There are plenty of things to do in the area, but if you chose to spend time in your room, you won't be disappointed."

"We had a family gathering here with 15 people ages 4 to 73 and it was perfect for everyone! The house was beautiful and well-stocked, with plenty of space to hang out and lots to do. It's close to all the attractions and things to do in the area, but felt private. The host was incredibly responsive and flexible and made our stay great! Would definitely recommend and come back again!"

"The house was perfect for our 3 generation trip (ages 78-8!). Plenty of space, clean, and we loved the huge kitchen and open main living area with a super cozy, recliner sectional and giant beanbag chair. The hot tub was a big hit, as was the game room (with 2nd fridge!) especially for the kids and teens. Very convenient location near Gunstock, grocery store, restaurants and the skating rink in Laconia. Alex was a very gracious and responsive host and the property manager, Keith was great as well."
