"For 4 star hotel I expected a bit better ( floors were dirty , while taking shower water was splashing all over the bathroom floor which can cause risk of slipping and fell putting people in danger .. "

"This is the second time my husband and I have stayed at this hotel and it's our favorite place to stay in Oran. Beautiful view of the city and the sea. The staff is very friendly and always makes us feel welcomed. "

"Stale room, camphor smells, the water from the water tap and in the cistern was blood red with rust. I ran the water for a long time it remained orange. When I told the staff they were indifferent. I asked for a refund and the receptionist said he would have to check with the manager, who he had to call. When i returned to the reception, the receptionist had left the building. Very poor. This hotel should be removed from you listings."

"There were issues with the WIFI in the hotel. My room did not have WIFI for days but the lobby did. There is only one restaurant in the hotel which is Buffet, fortunately the buffer is amazing. The Pool and Gym are nice but there is NO WIFI there. "

"lac of services the room was dirty staff was bad you can hear every one talkin from another room like setting with you people smoking outside your room in the hallway and you become a second hand smoker very over rated in price and value stay away from it not going there even for half price I found an apartment for half price."
