Staff very helpful particularly the staff at the restaurant La Bastille with the chef coming out to ask about the food and even giving my wife a recipe for a special dish"

"booked 4 rooms, but ready for only 3rooms...and took more than 20mins to check another room. 1room...room card was not working(Card&Key both) and it took more another 20mins to try to open door, and finally change the room....took 40mins to check in..."
