"Great location and friendly staff."

"I find the hotel strange. The rooms are spacious and well appointed but you have to pay for bottled water which seems absurd given the price for a room. The complimentary coffee in the lounge was tepid (I also wish there was whole milk) and no breakfast was served. When I telephoned about a lost item the person at the desk was not initially helpful (and borderline dismissive) but in the end they called me back and said the item was found."

"The room was dusty and dirty especially the bathroom, Please be aware of noise at night! There is a nightclub across the street and you won’t be able to sleep at all. The staff are okay. Do not recommend to stay here. Please go to another Hotel. "

"The food was absolutely delicious!! However, some of the staff were rude, inconsiderate, and frankly didn’t seem to want to “deal with us.” On a positive note, one of the bartenders and receptionist were delightful to talk with and were patient, and respectful. Along with this, the cleanliness of the room was simply okay. There were stains on the bedding, no liners in the trash cans, and the floor had salt and stains marks on it as well. And when we tried to ask for housekeeping to clean it while we were away, we came back to a room in the same condition as we left it unfortunately. Overall, a pretty decent experience, but 4 stars because the staff members that were out of this world brought the experience up from 2 stars. "

"Wonderful stay as always. Great Location close to Yale, wonderful staff and a great lobby to enjoy coffee and do work. "

"This apartment is very cute. Great size for 2 couples. I had to ask the owner a question and he answered within a minute! The kitchen is well stocked with appliances and accessories. Bring your own food and make anything! Even a loaf pan! We were very happy with everything!"

"The location was convenient. We liked the accommodations. Although the room did not come with a fridge, hot water kettle or a microwave, the staff helped us out to address the situation. The only other thing was the wifi did not work with our laptops and there were not enough plugs to accommodate our chargers. It was a minor point and we managed to work around. I am sure the staff would have provided power strips if we asked for them."
