We found other accommodation so we could get to the show we were in town for. All attempts to reach the host were ignored. It has taken 10 days and 5 Vrbo agents to hopefully get a refund.This has left a very negative experience for using vrbo. "Conveniently close to hwy, spacious but ad does not match the property. Cleanliness was not to expectations, bath towels were not fresh, amenities weren't all there (something as simple as garbage bags and dish towels) responsiveness was slow although friendly. It has such great potential if improvements are made."

The owner was very responsive to our messages and answered all of our questions promptly. We would definitely look to book this house again, as it worked very well for our larger group and was conveniently located near the Barrie Ice Arena. Everyone had a great stay!"
