Our experience was alright but not great. I wish there was some basic cooking supplies like salt, oil, pepper, coffee filters, another roll of paper towels,or some napkins. Also the WiFi did not work for the whole entire stay. The place was clean which was nice. We enjoyed the pool, park, and walking areas.

The place was very clean and the accommodations were nice. My issue is about how rude the staff were when replying to my complaints. The GPS address was not the address on the building and upon arriving, realized it was because the unit was on the interior which meant a cumbersome walk with luggage. The photos were misleading because it looked as though the unit was on the outside, meaning I would have a couple of feet walk to the entrance. When I complained, I was met with lack of empathy, unprofessional responses and condescending comments about learning how to read a GPS and that Iā€™m the only customer who has a problem with GPS directions. Disgraceful. What if I was neurodivergent and actually had a problem with GPS directions? Unacceptable. I also complained about the coffee maker not working and a couple other things. At no point did they send maintenance out. Also, I did not know I needed to pay an additional $200 deposit right before the check in date. I will not be referring this property or staying here again.
