We welcome you to our Beautiful 10 Bedroom/ 08 Bathroom home, with private swimming pool, and all the amenities necessary for your family and friends to spend a precious vacation in Orlando. There is a movie theater and a game room loft for everyone to enjoy.

There is a standalone BBQ grill (upon request, fee of $95.00 with first propane tank included).

Located in Kissimmee, only 9 miles from Disney park complex and with easy access to all Orlando area attractions, restaurants, shopping malls and golf courses!

The open concept floor plan (first floor) allows everyone to be together, whether you are hanging out watching TV or cooking up some delicious meals in a fully equipped kitchen.
You will be able to unwind in your own private screened pool with spa (heating optional / add-on) and lanai and show everyone the talented chef you are by cooking poolside in our gas BBQ grill (optional / add-on service).

When entering the house you will find a state of the art movie room, perfect to relax and watch your favorite movies and games.

On the second floor you'll find a loft for the whole family to watch a movie, play games, catch a game. The loft has a foosball table and an air hockey table.

The property has central air conditioning and heating throughout, free Wi-Fi and, Roku TV. There is one laundry room, washer and dryer on each floor and one iron and ironing board. Parking available on driveway (3-5 cars, depending on size). No street parking permitted by the Community's HOA.

Pool Heating Fee: $35 per day (minimum of 2 consecutive days required).

HOUSEKEEPING: There is no daily housekeeping service provided in the rental rate. Before check-in, the unit will be thoroughly cleaned and inspected by a professional cleaning company. Clean sheets and towels will be available in the unit. Mid-stay cleaning services during your stay can be requested for an additional fee, subject to availability.

STARTER SUPPLIES: The following starter supplies are provided in the unit upon your arrival: 2 trash bags, 1 small dish detergent, 1 dishwashing capsule, 1 paper towel. Each bathroom will have: 1 small bar soap, 1 shampoo, 1 conditioner, 1 toilet roll. No other supplies will be provided. Please stop by the nearest Supermarket to gather any additional items you may need for the duration of your stay.

TRASH PICKUP: There is valet service for Garbage Collection every day of the week, with exceptions on certain holidays. Enclose the garbage in 13 gallons trash bags and place the trash bags inside the trash receptacles (bench) outside the front door. Excess trash bags need to be taken to the compactor's chute located near the clubhouse.

GARAGE: There is no garage parking available. Cars may be parked in the Driveway (3-5 cars depending on size).

Exterior ONLY surveillance devices that capture and record audio + video. NO devices inside the home or in pool / lanai area.

Check in: 4 pm.
Check out: 10 am.

Self check in via electronic keylock / keypad.

Entire house is available for Guest use.
