Upon entering and a few steps past the foyer, you'll notice the expansive living/ kitchen and dining area equipped with stainless-steel appliances, dual large capacity refrigerators, granite countertops, spacious kitchen island, and a large dining table – great for meals with family and friends. Just behind the dining table you'll find the spacious living area complete with enormous mounted HD television.

Enjoy views of the tiki-inspired screened-in pool area. Fair warning: The neighbors will be jealous as almost none of the surrounding homes have anything quite like what this home has. Surrounded by comfortable patio seating, this area is sure to please!

Speaking of entertainment, head to the upstairs game room and challenge someone to a game of pool or foosball or show off your gaming skills by beating the high score on the arcade!

Great time had by all

Was a nice property. I would like to see minimal seasonings like salt and pepper they are there to mention it in the listing so you don’t buy them on the way to the house when not needed. Other than that, which is not a complaint but a suggestion, it was great! Would recommend it. Thank you

Great house for large groups!

This was a great rental house for our large family gathering - we fit 24 people ranging from age 1 to 70. We stayed for 9 nights, taking advantage of the extra-night-free promotion. There were enough beds and bathrooms to accommodate everyone comfortably. The host was quick to respond to any of my questions, whether it was months in advance or during the stay, and was also able to provide 2 pack-n-plays and a highchair for the 1-year-olds in our group. The house is in a gated community with 24-hour security, so it felt very safe. Parking right at the house wasn't that convenient with 5 minivans/SUVs and multiple smaller groups coming and going at different times throughout the stay - fitting 2 cars in the garage and 2 cars in the driveway was tight. That being said, there is a small circle just 2 houses away (easy walk) with plenty of open parking spots around it that was super convenient for this property. The pool and hot tub on property were a great perk, especially with 9 kids in our group! We used this as a base to visit Disney, Universal, and Sea World, and you definitely want to allow for extra travel time to these parks due to traffic both getting to I-4 from the house and along I-4 - weekdays were much worse than weekends. Overall, we had a great experience staying at this house, and would strongly recommend it for large groups like ours!

Amazing place

This is our second time in the Solterra development, and we’ve loved it both times. The neighborhood is well set up with a great central pool and other amenities, and though the café can be very busy, it’s still a nice treat for the kids. The house was clean, largely well taken care of (carpet on the stairs was starting to show wear…but nothing shocking). All the appliances worked, the water in the showers was hot, as was the hot tub. The beds were clean and comfortable, and the space was huge, even with 10 adults and 10 kids. We had some issues with the pool heat, but the property managers were extremely responsive and were beyond helpful, they really made the trip great.

Great Christmas Stay

We arrived in Fl 2 hours early and we were allowed to check in early. Check in and keyless entry very easy . We stayed at the property for a week I loved the neighborhood we initially had a problem with the WiFi but that was fixed within 5 minutes. Driving out of the neighborhood the internet seems to not work with all carriers. The house was a delight the only suggestions I would make is to add a broom there is a shark vacuum but a broom is needed. Also more kitchen cook ware, bigger pots, pans, kitchen towels. We did have an issue with one of the fridges leaking but maintenance came and took care of that as well..Perhaps there should be stepping mats in all the bathrooms when you exit the shower.. some of the adults says the bathrooms could be cleaned a little better. Overall the stay was marvelous maintenance was always there when we called, Owner was very nice and might I add we had 16 adults and 3 kids it is so hard to find a house that doesn’t have bump beds the arrangement of 6k, 2q, 6full beds and each room having their own bathroom is wonderful . Rex(Rax) Was helpful and even gave us a complimentary couple days of warming the pool . I would definitely book this house again or if the owner has any other villas like please let us know . Thank you for a wonderful Christmas Vacation.

Great house for a large group

This is such a great house for a big group! There were 20 of us and we had plenty of room. I was a little stressed out after reading reviews about the parking situation. We had 5 cars and never had a problem with parking. We could fit two cars in the garage, two in the driveway and there were several marked spots a few houses down to park the fifth car. We were there for an event at ESPN about a 20 minute drive. There were several stores and restaurants about a 5 minute drive away. The area was nice and we didn’t run into too much traffic. We paid to heat the hot tub and pool and it was wonderful. It was in the low 60’s while we were there and we were able to swim every day comfortably. We did not have time to use the club house but it looked nice. They told us at check in that we could use it the whole time for our group of 20 for $48. I love how open the house is, that there were no twin or bunk beds( we were a group of adults) and there were private bathrooms in almost every room. My only suggestion to the owners is extra towel would be nice. We had one towel per person. While we did have two washer and dryers it would have been nice to have an extra towel per person especially when we were swimming too. The communication was great with the company that manages the house. We will be back!

Family Vacay 2022

The property is so beautiful. My family and I enjoyed the house for the week we stayed. I will definitely recommend for others to stay at this location for a great family trip/Vacation. It’s 15/20min to Disney World, Universal and alot of other attractions. I was able to contact Element when I called! Michael was great and trying to help or send the help we needed. But besides that everything was great. I’ll definitely be back
