The house we stayed in over the past few days was nice overall. It had some pros and cons. The pros: - The house was big enough that we didn't feel cramped, giving everyone plenty of space. - The kids were able to enjoy the amenities, which was a big plus. The cons: - Some of the sheets on the beds were stained, so we had to replace them with new ones we purchased from Walmart. - The lights in the backyard, which were supposed to be solar-powered, did not work. - The grill on the property was outdated and wasn't properly cleaned. Overall, it was a decent stay with both positive and negative aspects.

Unpleasant Visit

Over the weekend of July 18-21, my family and friends spent time at this rental property that we had high hopes for. We chose this particular location due to its attractive appearance and convenient proximity to various amenities. Our group was quite large, so we were specifically looking for a place that could keep the kids entertained with games and other activities. Regrettably, upon arrival, we were disappointed to discover that the games in the game room were all out of order, some of the rooms had cockroaches, and the pool, which was supposed to have a volleyball net, only had a string dividing it into two sections. In an effort to address these issues, I contacted the host, Alex, and explained our concerns. While he displayed some understanding, I was dissatisfied with the fact that we were still expected to pay the full rental amount despite the property not meeting our expectations. Moreover, when I inquired about the possibility of a discount to offset the inconvenience, the host ceased communication. Unfortunately, without the option of securing a refund, we had no choice but to stay in the subpar conditions. Consequently, I cannot recommend this property to other families unless substantial improvements are made. We have photographic evidence to substantiate our experience.

Run from this property. Everything that everyone else has mentioned in their reviews regarding this property and the things they complained about that were wrong or went wrong please believe them. We had issue after issue with this home and nothing was done to correct anything and at some point the host stopped responding. I hope everything has been fixed the way it should have been. Never again.

Up keep

The rug and walls on the stairs is nasty the rail at the top of the stairs is loose as if they tried to caulk it back to the wall. The gate around the pool is also loose there's no curtains or blinds the sliding glass door on anyone can look in.Some of the bedding should be thrown away . The couch in the game room looks as if it's been there for 10 or more years. It's a nice place it just needs a lots of love

My Stay at the vacation in Kissimmee

Pros: Nice size with excellent kitchen and double refrigerators and comes with a huge island and large table, double laundry rooms (downstairs & upstairs), 12 bedrooms with bath, pool & spa). The location is excellent for Disney and shopping, but be careful of heavy traffic at times. The neighborhood is great and neighbors/guests are nice. Beware of nextdoor neighbors dog that comes over and may poop in the yard. Cons: carpet in all areas are spotted with stains, game room - games did not work, pool and spa did not heat up, and internet was out for a few days until bill was settled. You may have to wipe down and do a little cleaning, Not sure who the cleaning crew they have, but they may need to revisit and get a new crew. I found dirt/ debris under the couch snd behind the tv. Kitchen sink water does not get hot. Suggestion for property manager, please make sure to spray when empty for a while, killed a spider inside and there is a whole in the bathroom (shower area) king-size bedroom downstairs. Also check the unit above in ceiling in entrance, not sure but found some water on the floor below. Overall, did enjoy my stay as did family/friends. Not a fan of the decor downstairs in the main entrance, but not my say. Will keep in mind for next year snd hope the items I mention get fixed.
