Older guys golf trip

Property was fine for 12 guys on golf trip. House was ok. We were informed that pool and hot tub heat would not be available the night before we arrived. Big disappointment as pool and hot tub are a reason why we choose a particular house. Kitchen was fine although would be nice if owner paid 50 to upgrade pans. Kitchen and some bedrooms also had tiny ants which I know are hard to eradicate. Had problem with main floor washing machine. It has a balancing issue that needs to be fixed.

place not properly supervise

dusty light fixture at counter top,unstable fridge shelves,a toaster lower the breakers,stairs where crack, drawers in rooms where loose, Room 10 didnt had any AC,blankets where not wash found band aid stuck and were dusty,un matching pail and mop, ice maker in one fridge wasn't working, dull knives, The EXTINGUISHER was empty and no pin,Neighbors were too loud at quite time. Not enough parking space for such a big house. Besides it was a beautiful property in a nice place but needs more care and a better cleaning service.
