30 years of age to book. rental agreement and provide copy of valid ID BBQ is $75 to rent for the entire stay. No smoking, no parties, no pets
Parking available in driveway for 5 cars. Do not park on street or grass or your vehicle will be towed by the HOA at your own expense.
Pool/Spa heat is $35 per day - 48 hours in advance. If temps drop below 50 degree the heater will not function and your money will be refunded.
