Perfect Location for a Disney Trip

Quiet location, super close to Disney World. Traffic between parks and condo very minimal. Property management was very quick to respond when we had an issue with the fire alarm battery beeping. Would definitely stay here again.

This condo is the perfect location to Disney. It was only about a 10 minute drive to the parks. We appreciate that it was clean and the full size shampoo was a plus.

My family & I really enjoyed our stay here. The condo was very clean, spacious, quiet & we really enjoyed the screened in patio. The only thing we were disappointed in was that no washcloths were provided.

Good Family Condo/Disney within 10 Mins

So I loved everything about the condo. It’s was very basic and nothing fancy but that was okay with us. It’s huge and comfortable for my family of 6. The only thing I would say that needs updating is the beds! The blankets are so thin and the mattress feels like a board. You will also need to make sure you bring extra wash clothes and towels if you have a larger group. The amenities on site were not available to us (such as the gym and pool) and we didn’t find this out until arrival. I guess what comes with your stay is different if you book through a private owner is what was told. We wasn’t at the condo too much anyways. The place was perfect for us. We even reached out to the owner and extended our stay for a few days so communication was great! You can’t beat this price so even the few bad things were fine.

Great Layout, but Worn Out

Overall, our stay was good. Pros:- Great floor plan. Perfect for our needs- The host was incredibly accommodating, including last minute changes to our travel schedule- Great affordable price- Great location in Orlando. It was on the first floor of the facility, so very convenient to get to.Cons- The interior was very dated and could use some updates.- The mattresses are far overdue to be replaced.- It was very difficult to assess the cleanliness, as some aspects seemed very clean and others seemed dusty and questionably clean.- My bed sheets were so worn out it was difficult to tell if they were clean because they had some stains.- the lock on the front door feels Jerry-rigged. It’s unsettling to feel how much plan is in the front door when locked.Overall, the place served its intended purpose for us while we were in town for a business conference. However, just some simple updates and deep cleaning could really bring it back up to a 5-star experience.

Great location! Super close to Disney’s Magic Kingdom and EPCOT where there are 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms! So much easier to get ready in the mornings. Beds are firm. I didn’t have issues but others in my group had complaints of stiffness in the mornings. Plenty of linens proved except wash cloths. Only 2 cloths found. A plethora of hand towels and full size towels were available. There are many light switches but only half of them turn a light on. The lights that do come on are low wattage. At night the space is not very bright. My only concern is the front door didn’t feel solid when locked from the outside. There was a lot of wiggle room when the door was “locked”. When locked from the inside with the extra latch the door didn’t move as much. Even with the door issue I would consider staying at this location again. I had a great experience communicating with the host. Extremely quick with responding and friendly.
