Experience Florida in this beautiful 3-bedroom condo (sleeps 10) closely situated near all the amazing attractions Orlando and Tampa have to offer. Regardless of your destination, this premium 3rd floor penthouse condo features everything you need to enjoy your stay. Take the elevator to the third floor, corner unit and step inside to find soaring vaulted ceilings and extra windows bringing in lots of natural light. The spacious unit offers 3 generously sized bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms, with two of the bedrooms having ensuite bathrooms. Relax in the living room with an extra queen bed for added comfort. The exterior wraparound private balcony is the perfect location to sit down and drink a nice cup of coffee. On a clear day or night, you may be lucky enough to see a space launch from the nearby spaceport. The large open living and kitchen space features tiled floors, crown molding, and granite countertops. The kitchen is fully furnished to support any culinary needs. There are also a number of eateries within a short distance if you don't feel like cooking. A short walk will take you to Publix supermarket, restaurants, including a local Irish Pub, iHop, coffee shops and more. There are no parking or resort fees charged when renting this unit. The house / apartment was an amazing place. Very comfortable, great space and the pool was an astonishing. I really recommend it. The only downside is the distance from Orlando and the parks, especially due to traffic and congestion in the main roads and avenues in Orlando.
