Situated in a beautiful 4* resort and spa, with tropical pool complex with two pools, lazy river, water slide, full-service spa, fitness center, indoor and outdoor hot tubs, sauna, steam room, restaurant, ice cream parlour, and a children's arcade and outdoor play area.

This modern 3 bedroom (4 bed), 3 bathroom villa conveys the feeling of an elegant yet rustic loft, with distressed wood flooring and oversized trim, ceramic tile, large ceiling fans and quaint lighting. There is a dedicated work space with high-speed wifi throughout the house, and parking for two vehicles directly outside the front door.

Fully equipped with all the modern amenities of home and a fully equipped kitchen. You can prepare your own meals and snacks, or eat at any of the various restaurant options nearby.

Good for those with allergies or asthma, there is NO carpeting in the house.

The main floor living area has a smart tv with streaming capabilities, cable channels and Blu-ray player, high-speed wifi, leather seating surfaces and a dining area.

The downstairs bedroom is on the main floor and is wheelchair/disability accessible, with its own full bathroom.

Upstairs you will find two additional bedrooms:

The primary suite has a king sized bed, walk-in closet, smart television with cable channels, balcony and full en-suite bathroom with garden tub/shower combo.

The large secondary suite has two double/full beds, television with cable channels, and an en-suite full bathroom with garden tub/shower combo.

A fully equipped laundry room provides modern washer and dryer, iron and ironing board for your use.

Central air conditioning keeps the villa cool, and heat (as needed) on the very rare cool evening.

Digital door locks provide easy access without the need to carry a key with you.

A pack n'play and high chair are provided for your use as well.

Please note; there is a small resort fee of $20US+tax (per villa, NOT per person) charged to you separately at check-in, and not included in your booking rates.

Great property

My daughter and I stayed with another family for a softball tournament in the area and we were pleasantly surprised with the property and amenities. House was clean and contained everything we needed. It was in a good central location to activities and stores. Host is on point and communication it clear.
