I stayed at this property in Orlando from April 6 to May 2, 2026, and unfortunately the experience fell well below expectations.The most significant issue was the air conditioning, which did not function properly for the majority of the stay. Indoor temperatures remained between 80–86F, creating an extremely uncomfortable environment, particularly given the Florida heat. Although the issue was reportedly addressed, it was never fully resolved despite multiple follow-ups.Additionally, the check-in instructions were unclear and caused unnecessary confusion and inconvenience upon arrival.While communication from the host was courteous, the lack of timely and effective resolution to these issues was disappointing. For a stay of this length, basic functionality, especially air conditioning should be reliable and properly maintained.I recommend future guests confirm that essential systems are fully operational prior to booking. I also hope the host takes steps to address these concerns to prevent similar experiences for others.
