  • This 4 bed, 3 bath home is located In one of the best and safest greater Orlando gated communities, Solana Resort. Conveniently only 15 minutes from Disney and very close to all attractions, shopping, golfing, restaurants/bars, movie theatres etc. The home features a private screened in pool with spa and all the amenities needed for your vacation. Full Kitchen, washer and dryer are on site. At the same time, you will have access to the beautiful Solana Resort amenities as well including, large resort style pool and hot tubs, fitness centre, mini putt, pickle ball and plenty of other on site activities for guests. You will not be disappointed, as this property is close enough to everything you could want or need to keep you busy, but will offer the ability to relax away from the busy areas.

    Please Note: There will be a separate rate premium applied depending on the time of year of your booking. This fee is a $250/stay for high season. This would apply to popular holiday stays like Easter, July 4th, Thanksgiving, Christmas and NYE. However, that will be discussed and finalized at the time of booking. It will not be added automatically.
