Note: This is a brand-new resort, so some construction may be nearby. All guests' names need to be registered in the gate system.
Security cameras are placed outside (doorbell and garage-facing). Motion-activated, for security only. Tampering is prohibited and may result in eviction without refund.

UPS, DHL, and FedEx deliver to the home. USPS does not recognize vacation homes, and packages may be returned. We are not responsible for missing or returned deliveries.

Grill rental: $105/week (includes one propane tank; use oil pan to avoid cleaning fees)
