With 6 bedrooms, this home comfortably sleeps up to 12 people. Air conditioning units are installed on both the top floor and main floor, as well as the games room. Each A/C unit has a Top Tech UV light, which is a built in disinfectant to protect from viruses and bacteria.

Inside this home are beautiful furnishing and an air conditioned Games room including 8-ball pool table, foosball and Play Station 4 with various games. There are a variety of toys, games and puzzles for toddlers and kids, a kid size art table with chairs and lots of picture books and novels to enjoy.

Five bedrooms are located on the top floor. Two of the bedrooms have king beds with ensuite full bath. Another bedroom comes with king bed and there are 2 rooms with 2 sets of twins beds each, decorated with kid themes. These bedrooms have easy access to a full bathroom with shower and bath on the top floor. Each room has its own flat screen SMART TV. The sixth bedroom is on the main floor with a queen bed and easy access to the main floor full bathroom - great for those who can't do stairs. High quality sheets and bath, hand and wash cloth towels are provided for your stay.

The main floor boasts a large entrance with living room - a great space for reading and quiet conversation. The dining room has seating for six. The bright and spacious kitchen is fully equipped with all you need to make everything from simple snacks to a gourmet meal. The dinette seats 6 comfortably and has a patio door that leads to the pool deck. A fully stocked kitchen, it includes dinnerware, utensils, and plenty of cookware for a sit-down dinner for 12+ guests. (and you don't have to share plates!) Appliances include a 4 slice toaster, a Keurig and filter coffeemaker, microwave, dishwasher, stove and fridge/freezer with ice maker. There is an abundance of Kitchenware and utensils to accommodate 12+ people. as well as patio friendly dishes and glasses.

The Napolean propane barbecue grill, two baby pack n'plays, a high chair, booster chair and an umbrella stroller are available for guests. The laundry room has a washer, dryer, iron, and ironing board all available for guest use.

Windsor Hills Resort offers fantastic amenities, including a double Olympic size swimming pool with new water park and splash pad. It also has a spa hot-tub, fountains, toddler area and a palm tree lined sun deck with tons of lounge chairs. There is an exercise room, games area, cinema, and movie rentals available. You can grab a drink or snack at the licensed Sundry shop on the patio or play shuffleboard or ping-pong in the shaded breezeway. Parks, a tennis court and putting green can also be found on the grounds.
