The Space:

Welcome to your home away from home in Solterra Resort – a beautiful five-bedroom, four-bathroom house with high-speed Wi-Fi, a game room and room for 12 to spread out and relax.



SLEEPING: a king main suite with private bathroom, a queen bedroom with private bathroom, two rooms with a full bed and a twin bed sharing a bathroom, and a second queen bedroom with bathroom – great for kids and cousins.

LIVING: a fully equipped kitchen for family breakfasts, comfortable dining and living areas, a game room for friendly competition, and a washer and dryer inside the home.

OUTDOORS: your very own private pool – heating is available for an extra fee, just let us know at least 48 hours before arrival.

INCLUDED: 12 bath towels, fresh linens and a welcome kit with basic home essentials to kick off your stay (replacing its items is the guest's responsibility).

RESORT: Solterra's extraordinary clubhouse is the centerpiece of the community – lazy river, water slide and pool area, tennis and volleyball courts and a fitness center. A one-time $49 resort access card (purchased at the clubhouse) gives your whole party access for the entire stay.



LOCATION: 9 minutes to Walmart, 20 minutes to Walt Disney World, 27 minutes to the Premium Outlets and 35 minutes to Universal Studios.



Guest Access:

The whole house is yours to enjoy – private pool, game room, kitchen, laundry and every bedroom. Registered guests can also enjoy the Solterra Resort clubhouse, lazy river, water slide, pool, sports courts and fitness center with a one-time $49 resort access card purchased at the clubhouse (all guest names must be registered before arrival). Parking is available at the home – street parking requires the white parking pass.



The Neighborhood:

Solterra Resort is a gated resort-style community in Davenport, just off US-27 on the south side of the Disney area. Its extraordinary clubhouse is the heart of the fun: a lazy river, water slide and resort pool, tennis and volleyball courts and a fitness center. Walt Disney World is about 20 minutes away, Walmart 9, the Orlando Premium Outlets 27 and Universal 35, with Posner Park's shops and restaurants just a few minutes down the road.



Getting Around:

A car is the easiest way to explore, and parking is right at the house. Orlando International Airport (MCO) is roughly 40 minutes by car; US-27 and I-4 whisk you to the theme parks, dining and shopping in no time. Prefer not to drive? Uber and Lyft are readily available throughout the area.



Other Things to Note:

RESORT FEE: Solterra Resort charges a one-time $49 fee for an access card to use the amenities; it covers you and your whole party for the entire length of your stay.



PARKING: Parking that blocks sidewalks is strictly prohibited. Vehicles parked on the street must display the white parking pass – vehicles without a valid pass, or parked on sidewalks or grass, are subject to towing.



AGE REQUIREMENT: Guests must be 21 years or older to make a reservation and must provide matching ID upon request (ID and payment method must match). Failure to provide ID will result in booking cancellation.



GUEST LIST: A complete list of guest names (first and last) is required by 5 PM EST at least 24 hours before arrival. Resort access will be denied if names are not registered.



POOL & SPA HEATER (if applicable): The SPA is not a hot tub – it is connected to the pool and both are heated by the same system, for an additional fee. The heater can take 24–48 hours to fully heat the water and is turned on once payment is processed, so please request pool heating at least 48 hours before arrival. The pool is heated to 86°F; for health and safety reasons we cannot raise it further. The pool and SPA share the same water temperature (the SPA is a warm-water area without hydromassage jets). Reservations of 2 nights are not eligible for pool-heater refunds. In extreme cold (approx. 32°F–40°F) the heater keeps working but the water may feel colder because of heat loss – in these conditions the water warms only about 20 degrees above the outside temperature. Weather-related conditions are not a heater malfunction and do not qualify for a refund.



GRILL: Grill rental is available for a separate fee and must be requested before arrival. Propane exchange is not included.



HOUSE RULES: No parties. No pets. No smoking indoors. A $10 delivery fee applies; USPS does not deliver to this address and the resort is not responsible for unattended packages.



AMENITIES: Pack 'n Plays and high chairs are available on request before check-in. Included: fresh linens, 1 bath towel per guest, 1 hand towel per bathroom, bath rugs, hair dryer, and starter supplies (soap, paper goods, 3 trash bags, 1 laundry detergent, 1 dishwasher pod). After the starter supplies, guests restock as needed. Not provided: washcloths, salt/pepper, or open food items. Washer & dryer available.



MAINTENANCE: We're always ready to help with any maintenance need – surprises can happen even after our check-in inspection. Please report issues promptly so we can address them quickly; delays may affect our ability to assist during business hours.
