About this property

8-bedroom vacation home just 15 minutes to Walt Disney World® Resort

  • Our 8 bedroom, 7 Bathroom home is located in the Encore Club in Kissimmee Florida, its about a 10 minute drive to Walt Disney World!

    Encore at Reunion is a gated community that includes all of the amenities of the property including a water park with thrilling water slides, restaurant and bar, and an amenity center with a gym and kids center for the days off the theme parks.

    Sleeping up to 16 people, our home has bedrooms 2 Bedrooms on the main floor and 6 Bedrooms on the second floor including 2 children themed bedrooms! 3 Bedrooms have King Beds, 3 Bedrooms have Queen Beds, and 2 Bedrooms have 2 Single Beds in both rooms. You also have your very own private swimming pool and spillover spa right outside your patio doors where you can enjoy the Florida sunshine.

    Our home includes a themed games room including a ping pong table as well as a themed loft area with a X-Box One and Sony Playstation video game consoles for the whole family to relax and enjoy. (Bring your own games)

    Free WiFi and all 11 of the TV s in the Home are Smart TVs so you can keep up on your favorite shows.. The house is also equipped with CenturyLink Fibre TV.

    Pool Heat is included when you rent the home for more then 7 days, otherwise it's $40 US a day.

    Rental includes free access to the Encore Water Park which offers four 60 Foot water slides. For the younger guests, The Surfing Safari Kid's Splash Area has four slides designed just for them.

    The house is professional maintained by Jeeves Florida Rentals who has a 24/7 local service team to maintain the home and deal with any issues to ensure you have the perfect rental experience.

Great property! We loved our stay!

Adam was a great host and very responsive when we had questions about the property. The kitchen was impressively stocked with kitchenware which made cooking at the house very easy. Access to the water park was a nice bonus for the kids. Beds were very comfortable and living spaces were large enough for the two families staying at the house.

Wonderful vacation property

If you’re looking For a place in Orlando, this may be your place. We enjoyed our stay in this resort. The house was clean, the pool was large and heated, and the owner was very responsive to any questions and concerns.

Family Trip

This house is large, plenty of space for 14 people which gives us our own space if someone needed to get a way! Garage had a bonus refrigerator which came in handy, but we did not find it useful at all except for storage. The pool area is tiny so for 14 people it was very cramped. Only had 5 loungers, but there was easily room for 5 more but not sure why there was not, but we managed. Pool was not cleaned and neither was the patio area, but a quick call to them it was taken care of. Kitchen has everything you need, you may need to search for the items, but they are all there, griddle had no power cord to it, bummer for pancakes. 7-11 less than a mile away, Walmart and Target short drive away, (Do curbside pickup Walmart is super busy and trashy people). Easy to get to all Disney parks, Universal and Sea World not bad but with traffic give yourself additional time. Bedroom are perfect size and there were no issues, love that there were a lot of bathrooms! Overall, great place to stay, big home, lots of rooms and bathrooms to accommodate our group of 14. Would definitely stay again!

Family reunion 2024

Our family reunion at this location was nothing short of amazing! The property boasts a fantastic location, with easy access to the waterpark and Finns restaurant, perfect for keeping everyone entertained and well-fed. One of the standout features was the ample room available, making it ideal for our large family gathering. Everyone had their space, yet we could come together comfortably for meals and activities. The pool was an absolute delight – clean, warm, and inviting. It provided endless hours of fun and relaxation for both kids and adults alike. Plus, having Walmart just 3 miles away made it incredibly convenient to stock up on any essentials we needed throughout our stay. While the pool alarm took a bit of getting used to, it was a minor adjustment considering all the other fantastic amenities offered. We're already looking forward to returning, knowing that this property offers everything we need for a memorable vacation. The added bonus of transportation to nearby parks was a huge plus, making it hassle-free to explore the area without worrying about logistics. And a special shoutout to Adam, who was incredibly responsive and always available to assist with any questions or concerns we had. In summary, our experience exceeded all expectations, and we wholeheartedly recommend this property to anyone looking for a five-star getaway.

Amazing Stay with a party of 9 from March 2025

Our party of nine (three families) had an amazing stay. Plenty of space to spread out and every bedroom had their own bathroom. Open kitchen and dining area for meals that easily accommodated all of us. Our kids loved the game room upstairs. Property was clean and well-kept. Beds were nice. We didn’t experience any issues during our stay. But host Adam did a follow-up on our 2nd day to ensure everything was going well.Pool was great. Plenty of towels above the washer/dryer. It took a little time to figure out the heating situation but once we did it was great. The door alarm is annoying but it sounds like it’s a law to have one.Quick, easy drive to WDW (15-30 minutes depending on destination/traffic). A bit further to Universal (more like 45mins but again depends on time/traffic) Check-in at the gate was a breeze. We received a QR code and instructions that we used to gain access. We didn’t have time to experience the water slides at the community pool but they looked impressive. We did eat at Finn’s one night and it was pretty good. Would recommend that you visit the community house early in your stay to see what they offer.If that was one thing I would change it would be to add more hangers/towel racks to the bathrooms. We were in and out of the pool every single day and every bathroom seemed to have only one towel rack. After 3 days we had towels and swimsuits draped over every surface. All and all would absolutely stay here again! 10/10. Highly recommend.

Great Central Florida Location

We loved this place! It's clean, spacious and has everything you need for a family/friend vacation. Multiple families were able to stay for the entire week with plenty of room to spread out. We enjoyed the heated pool and hot tub. The onsite water park was amazing. And we were able to enjoy several of the resorts activities for the kids like the Meet an Alligator and the ice cream social. We even found the playground across the main street on the East side, kids loved it! There's even a splash pad, sand volley ball and basket ball court with a deck hockey cover.

Beautiful Home for Holiday Stay!

We had a wonderful celebration at this home for grandmas 70th birthday and our family Christmas! The owner surprised our family and had a Christmas tree setup when we walked in! It was a pleasant surprise! The home’s pool and Neighborhood waterpark was a real hit with the kids and adults! The hockey table and ping pong table were a thrill each night for the family. Cable access was nice as well. Overall home was in immaculate condition and owner was very kind and easy to communicate with. We all enjoyed our stay very much!

Perfect Stay

This property was absolutely perfect for our group of 8 female adults. Each person had their own bedroom and only two people had to share a bath (we assigned siblings the shared bath). The property was large enough to spread out with being on top of one another. Had a few maintenance issues upon arrival but handled immediately. The pool was great (don’t forget about that awful alarm!). Unfortunately we never got to enjoy the game room in the garage due to our busy itinerary. Location is 10/10 as Disney and all attractions are just down the street. Would definitely stay here again. Thanks!
