This beautiful property comfortably provides accommodation for up to 18 guests (including children) in Kissimmee Orlando and is in the Stunning Solara Resort – one of the newest and most in demand resorts in Orlando. Heated resort pools and world-class facilities compliment your own private pool and spa at your luxury mansion.
Driveway parking and street parking in allocated spaces and parking is complimentary.
Pets are considered in this home. Fees and Restrictions Apply and are normally $150 per animal (under 30LBs (maximum of 2) for normal length stays. For stays over 21 days pricing may vary. Occasionally allowances can be made for larger pets and please contact us in advance to confirm if your pet may be allowed in the home. Any non-authorized pets reported at the home are grounds for cancellation of the remainder of the reservation with no refund for unused portions of the stay.
Downstairs you have open plan living, with kitchen seating and a large dining table. Plenty of seating and a couch with the main living area television.
The living area has direct access via sliding doors to the pool area and outdoor dining area. Spa, outdoor chairs, and loungers give our guests the flexibility to relax in the premium plot home, eat or sit wherever you feel most comfortable.
No Resort Fees with Shine Villas. You have full, exclusive access to the home during your stay and included in your visit is No Charge access to the Club House, resort, Cabanas and amenities. These comprise some of the best facilities in Florida, including sports courts, heated zero entry resort pool with cabana loungers. Children’s splash zone / pad area and a gym as well!
Other than food and drink at the restaurant (which is yummy and fairly priced – tip, the resort Cheeseburgers are the best!) and bar and the Flo Rider Surf Simulator, access to all facilities are included in your nightly rate – no resort fees here! Just take along a towel or two from the stock in the home, and you are set to go! Flo Rider Surf Simulator is a small additional cost on site.

Linens, towels, and starter amenities will set you up before your first trip to restock at the local store on day 1. This home, with the large Fridge and Freezer and large open kitchen, is a self-catering paradise.

You can also enjoy alfresco dining with the view of the pool and the greenery of the surroundings or simply lounge by the pool at an enclosed back patio.
A BBQ grill with a new propane tank can be delivered for your use for an additional fee. A grill is not included in the standard rental.
The pool in this home can be heated on request and for an additional charge - this is recommended during winter, early spring and during cooler weeks in Summer. This includes spa heating to turn the bubbles into a steaming hot tub. Achieved temperatures can vary, for more information please feel free to contact us.
The pool heating is $35 a day plus tax with a minimum charge of $175 plus taxes today for up to 5 nights.
Where pool heat is booked within 24 hours of booking and at least 24 hours prior to arrival, there will be no activation fee. Where booked later than this or closer to arrival, an activation fee may apply.

This must be completed within 24 hours of placing the reservation or prior to arrival (whichever is the sooner). Where this is not completed, the booking is liable to cancelation without further notice or refund.
The occupancy limit for this property applies 24 hours a day and all reservations require completion of an electronically signed rental agreement, agreeing to the conditions of the rental which includes that no parties are permitted at this home.
We welcome seasoned primary bookers/travelers aged 25 and over and their young families in this truly amazing resort family home. Groups largely consisting of those under 25s or booking from the local area are not able to rent this home. If you live within 50 miles of the home, you must contact us before booking or your reservation may be canceled without notice. These policies support our good neighbor and no party commitments.
If you cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, you will be eligible for a full refund. However, please note that 3.8% of any payments made will be deducted to cover card processing fees. This fee applies to each transaction, as we incur these charges from the payment provider whenever a transaction is processed or refunded. The remaining balance will be promptly returned to your account.
