Poor customer experience
Had problems staying on this house from the beginning until the end. When we arrived at the house the code given to me was incorrect, I called on working hrs Sunday and no one answered, 1.5 hrs later they answered me and sent the correct code. The house, was not properly clean in special the bathrooms floors and the external area (floors and tables) which was a concern for us as we were with two young babies. To conclude the isse the property charged me USD69 from my security deposit for a "stained table cloth" (USD5, we can easily by the same for usd1.25 in dollar store) and a suppose damage in one of the beds. We were in 5 adults and 2 babies in a 5 bedrooms house. We used only three bedrooms and they did not send pictures of the damage by email when I requested. They sent an accessible picture that I could not open in their internal link message box. I already connected with my bank to receive dispute the charge. Really poor customer experience.
