Get ready for the ultimate Disney vacay in this rad 4-bedroom house! Tucked in a secure gated spot, it`s like your private oasis. The clubhouse is a game-changer—cool off in the pool, let the kiddos loose in their own zone, and cap the day with a chill jacuzzi soak. It`s the perfect pad for a magical fam getaway, blending Disney vibes with the chill of a gated retreat. Book it and let the good times roll! 🏡✨

NOTE: This is a vacation home. We offer some complimentary supplies until you have a chance to purchase them. (2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, 1 roll of paper towels, 2 garbage bags, 1 soap and 1 fabric softener, 1 dish sponge, 1 dish detergent, a few loads of pods for the dishwasher, and 1 shampoo, 1 conditioner, 1 soap (per bathroom).
We don`t leave any kind of seasoning or food to avoid contamination.
Wash towels: In accordance with Airbnb`s hygiene recommendations and COVID 19 guidelines, the WASH TOWEL is considered a disposable and personal item, so we recommend that you bring your own.
The other towels (bath towel, hand towel, and pool towel) will be provided and will be available at the house, in proportion to the number of guests staying.

**Important:** We are committed to protecting our properties and keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations, which is why you will be asked to complete our independent verification.
You will be given the choice between paying a refundable deposit or buying a non-refundable damage waiver (35.00). We suggest you buy the damage waiver as this protects you in case you cause accidental damage during a booking.

Late check-out incurs a USD 60 fee if departure is completed by 12:00 PM.
After 12:00 PM, a full daily rate will be applied.

Property Manager was very helpful.

Property Manager was very responsive of issues we had, very friendly and helpful. Property was as described, however could use a few updates. Overall our stay was pleasant.
