"Lovely hotel but not having air conditioning during the hot summer months is not great. Also for a high end hotel you would think they would have decent fans. Not a £30 thing from Argos."

22 Thrang Brow - 3 Bedroom Holiday Home - Langdale Valley

22 Thrang Brow - 3 Bedroom Holiday Home - Langdale Valley

8/10 Good
"The location was great. The house had plenty of space and was warm on a very wintery long weekend. There was one minor niggle and one fairly major one that would have been a lot worse if staying more than 3 nights:Minor - kitchen bin life would not close - common issue with the type of bin, probably just needs replacing.Major - hot water - the red light above the economy 7 switch for the overnight hot water was not on when switched on and there was no hot water in the morning. Using the daytime override did produce hot water but even if left a long while there was never enough for a full shower (even a fairly quick one). Those issues aside it was a great place to stay and we really enjoyed our time there."
