"The amenities were excellent , particularly the room with a hot tub !"

"Lovely hotel on the banks of the lake. Spa including indoor pool, sauna & steam room along with changing facilities. Staff were incredibly helpful and kind. Only downsides were breakfast was small portions, the veggie sausage was amazing but the veggie bacon not so much. There were many rooms that had been refurbished but ours wasn’t one of them, so the decor was a little dated & the fabric sofa needed a good clean. Nice touches in terms of information about the local area and bottles of water at the bedside. Tea, coffee & hot chocolate making facilities in the room and room service available with a fee per delivery. Thanks for having us!"

"Rooms were done even when we went down for dinner at the restaurant. That says a lot about the place. This is the place to stay if you want a peaceful getaway. "
