It is located in the fantastic Windsor at Westside with free access to the clubhouse and can accommodate up to 10 guests! The house is just an 18-minute drive from Disney Parks, less than a 35-minute drive from Universal Parks, and a 40-minute drive from the Orlando International Airport.

Getting Around:
• The community allows a maximum of 3 vehicles per property.
• There is a rotating parking spot in front of the property and additional free parking at the clubhouse.
• To enter through the gate guard, a gate code will be required.
• No boat, camper, trailer, RV, motor home, recreational vehicle, commercial vehicle, equipment, or construction vehicle of any type is allowed beyond the gate guard.

• The pool heating: $40/day (plus taxes)
• Propane tank for BBQ: $49 (plus taxes)
• Pet fee: $69 (plus taxes)
No breed restrictions for dogs
Only service dogs are allowed in the amenities/clubhouse
