A day in the parks or hang by the pool, you won't want to leave. This gated resort amenities center has lazy river, slide, tennis courts, gym, cafe, gym,and more. Solterra Resort is a theme park destination community, close to restaurants, and golfing. Championsgate restaurant row is mins away.
The space
Two story beautiful, spacious, modern story home has upstairs and downstairs lounge areas. There is a tv in both lounge areas, each bedroom, and the pool area.
There is a game room with two arcade games, air hockey table, pool table, foosball table, corn row, axe throwing game.
Enjoy the Florida sun or lounge in the covered patio area. Dinner by the pool at sunset. Watch your favorite sports and shows pool side on the outdoor TV.
There are bedrooms on both levels.
