This home is a centrally located gem for families and large groups visiting the theme parks. Choose from one of four professionally decorated bedrooms on the second floor that comfortably sleep up to twelve people.

The master suite boasts a stunning modern design with a gorgeous four-poster king-sized bed. This room is finished with luxury carpets, calming tones, and white furnishings. It has an ensuite bathroom, elegant decorations, and a private TV you can watch in the privacy of your room.

The secondary master bedroom features a comfortable king-size bed that is framed by a beautiful blue feature wall that continues over the bed and onto the ceiling. Luxury carpets, white furnishings, and a private TV are again highlights of this room which features the home’s second ensuite bathroom.

Our first themed bedroom is the “Let it go!” room with enchanting decorations inspired by the movie Frozen. The comfortable twin bunk bed come with a 3rd twin trundle bed. The trundle rolls under the bunk bed to provides an awesome space for the kids to play. They’ll enjoy roleplaying in the mini Frozen castle and watching their favorite movies on the TV.

The second themed bedroom is the “May the force be with you!” room that features awesome Star Wars decorations and lighting. An epic triple bunk with twin beds, a full bed and a slide makes this space a second fantastic room for the kids to enjoy. Finished with movie-themed items and merchandise, a “Jump to lightspeed carpet”, “Death Star” wall, and another private TV, this room is sure to provide the backdrop to a memorable experience for the little ones. Please note that guests used the bunk beds at their own risk.

This home boasts three and a half bathrooms evenly spread across its spacious layout, each with a modern design and sleek finishes. The three full bathrooms are on the second level, conveniently catering to the bedrooms while the half bathroom is ideally placed near the living room area.

The master bedroom ensuite boasts a stunning modern design, a spacious layout with a large walk-in shower and plush vanity. The bedroom's elegance is matched in the bathroom with its modern stainless steel fittings and high gloss finishes. An identical layout is found in the second ensuite, ensuring both king rooms enjoy ultimate privacy and comfort.

The shared bathroom is ideal for the third and fourth bedrooms and features a combination bath and shower with another luxury vanity. The bathrooms are stocked with towels and a starter pack of essential toiletries, including a small shampoo, soap, and conditioner.

No Security Deposit!
In lieu of a security deposit, all our reservations are covered with accidental insurance so you can relax and enjoy your vacation. Our Accidental Damage Insurance is included in your reservation (does not cover violations of house rules), and it will appear as “Management Fee” when you check out. You do NOT need to pay for the additional damage waiver that VRBO offers you at check out.

Check-In
Check-in is at 4:00pm and check-out is at 10:00am. We do offer either early check-in or late check-out, or both! However, please note this option is only available if we don't have same day check-in as we require enough time between reservations to clean the home to our professional standards. Please send the requests well in advance so that we can coordinate in advance with our cleaning crew.

Pool Heat / Propane
The cost of base level Pool Heat (per listing details) and full Propane tank(s) is included in your reservation.

A baseline of setting of Pool Heat - set to 80 degrees in the summer (May - Sep), and 85 degrees in the winter (Sep - Apr) is included in your reservation. The Heat Pump Runs from 6AM - 12AM). During the winter, to maintain a more moderate pool temperature at all times, it requires a higher temperature (typically 90 degrees) and the pump to run 24 HRS a day during your stay. If this sounds like a better option for you, we can provide this service at an additional cost of $25 / Day. Please let our team know at least 24 HRS in advance, as it can take that amount of time to heat the pool with cooler outdoor temperatures.

If you need additional propane beyond the full tank + back up provided, that would be at your own cost.

We are here for you during your stay, but our level of interaction is up to you. We're only a phone call/message away if any issues arise - we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on site 24/7. You will be able to self check in upon arrival.

Food:
As per Florida law, we are unable to leave any open food items in the fridges and cupboards, so please bring along your own coffee and food supplies for your stay.

Housekeeping:
There is no housekeeping service included in the rental rate. However, we can arrange mid-stay cleaning for you at an additional fee. Our homes are professionally and thoroughly cleaned prior to your stay.

There are plenty of Lyft drivers available and costs $15 to get to a theme park, $30 to Orlando International Airport
