Star Wars and Harry Potter themed bedrooms for the kids, a fabulous air-conditioned Marvel Superhero game room equipped with foosball, ping pong, and air hockey, and comfortable and modern bedrooms for adults await you at Anna's Cabana in Windsor Hills.

This Kissimmee villa is a 5 minute walk to the Windsor Hills clubhouse amenities, which include - free with your stay - a resort pool, waterslides, splash pad, and fitness center. There is also a community game room, marketplace and grille, DVD Rentals, movie theatre and ATM.

Directly across the street from Anna's Cabana is a park that has several different kinds of playground equipment for hours of fun!

When you don't feel like taking the short walk to the clubhouse, just relax in your own newly resurfaced private south facing pool and spa. Around the lanai patio table, there is seating for 8, and seating for 4 more in comfortable loungers.

This villa features a Ring doorbell and cameras on the side of the house. There are no cameras inside the house.

Family Vacation

We LOVE Windsor Hills, and this house was no exception! Clean and spacious. Our kids loved the themed rooms, and my Mother in law loved having her own master suite for privacy.

Perfect family home

When traveling for a Disney vacation the most important thing is location, and this property has it! For that alone, it would get five stars, but the fact that it is also well kept, clean, and full of fun - from the game room to the decor makes it just an incredible place to take your family and enjoy quality time whether at the rental house or out seeing Orlando’s sites.

Amazing Disney Vacation

We truly enjoyed this property during our trip to Disney. The house was just as described, clean and comfortable. The pool heat is included in the price, which is a bonus. Will definitely stay there again!

Perfect place to stay

The house was the perfect place for the 10 of us! Five bedrooms all had their own bath. The pool was perfect after a long day plus use of the splash pad was fun for the kids. The youngest two enjoyed the playground right across the street. The location was just right—close to groceries, dining, and Disney/Universal attractions in addition to the Orlando airport!

With this house!!! From 68 to 18, each one of us found this house had something just for them. Heated pool and hot tub was a great gathering place. The home was spotless and furnished beautifully. Fantastic location and will definitely stay again!

Great location, large home for a family to have some space.

Nice big house, great location, really busy area during the holidays. We made use the of the athletic field with a large area to roam and the basketball court. The clubhouse was busy most days, the game room needs attention but otherwise a very good stay.

Easy commute to parks and great amenities

Anna’s Cabana Windsor Hills was a great place to enjoy our family trip to Disney and Universal Studios. The location made for easy commutes to and from the local parks. When not at the park there are also many amenities to enjoy within walking distance as well within the community. The house was exactly as described, clean and had plenty of room for our group. The playroom kept the kids busy while the adults had plenty of room to relax after a long day exploring the theme parks.

The house and pool are beautiful. I was surprised at the lack of a few days of usual supplies needed If you’re unfamiliar with a pool alarm, it takes a bit to get used too. I realize it is required

Spacious Villa in an amazing location

We have just vecated after a 2 week family holiday. 6 adults and 2 children. Not once did we feel on top of each other. So much space. The fact that all bedrooms are seperated with their own bathrooms gave everyone space. The pool is ideal! Loads of pool towels too, no need to pack! We loved the games room! The villa has everything you need. Both hosts were fantastic in communication. The location was second to none. On average 15 minute drive to every Disney park. Slightly more for universal and celebration, but we are talking extra 5/10 minute. Huge Walmart a few minutes drive away. The estate has its own splash pool with flumes, great to have on your doorstep. We all highly recommended this Villa and would love to come back. We

5 Overall outstandingAnna’s Cabana is 15 minutes to the Disney parksThe house was so easy to get to from the main road.The security was top notch you felt extremely safe staying thereWalking in has a palatial feeling.Beautiful white and blue furnishings.Every part of house was clean.The kitchen had every amenity that we could need.The 3 main bedrooms on main floor just perfect and the fun themed rooms on the 2nd floor perfect for kids.The game room was awesome and my adult kids loved playing in there.The pool and hot tub just wonderful.beautiful setting.All ready hot when we arrived it was such a treat to jump right in.All the bedrooms were tastefully furnished and even had tvs.The kitchen and dining room table and the couches where we gathered every morning and each evening . Very comfortable and clean.Very efficient trash pick up system.The huge water park was fun for the kids.Alison and Don were very attentive to all my silly questions ahead of time and very extremely accommodating.I would absolutely rent this house another time and hope to very soon.Everything that was promoted was absolutely true and better than I could have expected.The owners were so lovely to converse with and I applaud their decoration skills and furniture placement.Laundry was excellent and worked great.I have only outstanding complements for this home. Great Experience

We weren’t in the house much as we were mom’s traveling to watch our daughters at a cheer competition- but everything was wonderful. The house was just as described and provided the perfect amount of gathering and private space! Definitely adding to my list for the next time we’re at Disney!

Relaxing vacay!

The house is located close enough to Universal and Disney to make commute easy but far enough away to not feel like you’re in the crowd of the parks. Quiet neighborhood. Only one thought is to have more amenities like dishwashing tablets and trash bags. We had 7 people and went through our allotted amount before stay was over. Would stay again!

Excellent Disney Home

Beautiful, updated home close to Disney with amazing amenities. This house has everything that you need for a wonderful vacation. Plenty of room for adults and kids. We had 11 people and never felt crowded. We especially loved that every bedroom had it’s own bathroom. The property owners are top notch and we’re always available and response from the first day of booking until check out. We use VRBO for many of our vacations and this is definitely one of our favorites. We will be booking here again on our next Disney trip!

Perfect!

This is a perfect new rental in Windsor Hills! We've rented numerous homes in this development over the years and Anna's Cabana was the best. Very clean, tasteful decor, responsive hosts and a great location. Plenty of room for everyone (we had 2 adults, 3 teens and 2 preschoolers). Plenty of bath, kitchen and pool towels. Target is nearby to get groceries and toiletries. Nice upgrades in home such as: larger sized laundry washer/dryer, bidet in master bathroom, Ring doorbell for security, duel fans in game room and lanai kept air circulating and comfortable in FL heat. The staff at the clubhouse was really friendly too. We will be back.

Fantastic House!!

Loved Anna’s Cabana!! We were a group of 8 ages ranging from 6 - 75. This was the 1st time we went as a family to Disney and decided to stay off site in the Windsor Hills Resort. Kids loved the water park!! The proximity to Disney was fantastic!! Disney Only a few miles away!! The house was fantastic. Everyone had their own space and bathroom. After a long day at the parks the private pool and hot tub was perfect!! Sing the 1st time renting off site I had a ton of questions leading up to our trip. Allison was great to work with!! Extremely accommodating and very prompt answering all our questions!! Anna’s Cabana enhanced our Disney experience!! We absolutely recommend this property!!

Absolutely amazing property!!!

This is an absolutely amazing property for a vacation rental. Perfect in every way. The bedrooms attached to the bathrooms are so convenient and allows each member to have a private retreat. The pool and hot tub is perfect for an end of day relaxation and family time. We will definitely stay at Anna’s Cabana in the future.
