The single story house is very spacious with brand new upgraded open kitchen

Step outside and stroll to nearby Lake Louisa State Park for breathtaking sunsets and outdoor adventures. Savor the flavors of the area at one of the many nearby restaurants, and stock up on essentials at Publix, just a short walk away. Our quiet neighborhood offers the perfect blend of tranquility and accessibility. Clermont is also home to the Florida Citrus Tower, a historic landmark offering panoramic views of the surrounding countryside. Come experience the best of Clermont from our cozy home base!

Our garage is used to store private personal items so it won`t be accessible for guest use.

For safety and security purpose, we have a video doorbell and security camera for the backyard and pool area.

Pool heater is available for additional fee of $50 per day.
