FIVE STAR, LUXURY CONDO in SECURE GATED community with over 160 five star reviews and kept immaculate! GREAT LOCATION! SMART TV'S IN EVERY ROOM! FREE PARKING! FREE HIGH SPEED INTERNET! DISNEY IS 5-7 MILES, UNIVERSAL IS 15-20 MINUTES. ALDI, CVS, RESTAURANTS WITHIN WALKING DISTANCE. UNIT IS ON THE TOP FLOOR (THIRD) IT IS VERY QUIET WITH NO NOISE ABOVE THE UNIT. THERE IS AN ELEVATOR IN THE BUILDING. THE UNIT IS 1300 SQ, FT. ALL LINENS AND TOWELS SUPPLIED AND REPLACED FREQUENTLY!

-ROOMS AND FEATURES:
EXTERIOR OF RESORT HAS BEEN PAINTED AND LOOKS BRAND NEW** Granite counter-tops throughout. The master bedroom features a bronze canopy style king-sized bed. The master bedroom has a private bathroom with double sinks and a large soaking tub/ shower combo. There is a walk in closet for your belongings. The other bedroom has two twin beds and a bathroom attached with double sinks and a stall shower. There is also a walk in closet in the bedroom. There is a balcony with a table and four chairs and chaise lounge for relaxing!

-RELAXING, BEAUTIFUL AND FUN AMENITIES:
Just a few steps to the clubhouse with a pool, hot tub and sauna. The pool is not heated and the water may be cooler at certain times of the year. There is a ping pong table, as well. Clubhouse has a game room, kitchen with large lounge and a big screen TV. A workout room is also included.
THE AREA:
THE RESORT IS SET BACK AWAY FROM THE HUSTLE AND BUSTLE AND VERY QUIET, YET CLOSE TO EVERYTHING! THERE IS MUCH TO DO IN THE IMMEDIATE AREA.
ALDI and Dollar Tree ,CVS, KRISPY KREME and several restaurants within walking distance.
**OLD TOWN** Old Town has shopping, restaurants, rides and Saturday night cruise night. CELEBRATION IS OFF OF RT192, THERE ARE MANY SHOPS AND RESTAURANTS AND A BEAUTIFUL LAKE.

School vacation!

This place was excellent! The pictures were accurate and up to date, the hosts were very responsive, and the condo was clean. We visited the Disney and Universal Parks as well as Icon Park and experienced an airboat ride and this condo was in a very convenient location to all of these places. We would stay here again!

My husband, college age daughter and high school daughter stayed 6 nights here. It was wonderful and loved the place! It was very close to Disney and Seaworld. If we are ever in Orlando again, we will definitely be staying here again if it is available. There was everything a kitchen needs and more there. It was good being able to save some money by cooking at “home” while here. Ron and Michelle were excellent communicators and had very timely responses to our questions. Thanks so much for a wonderful trip.

Well located, close to pharmacy, supermarket and restaurants. Having 2 bathrooms within the appartment was highly appreciated. Appartment is well equipped (even with accessories for the beach).We stayed for the week with the kids and everybody was satisfied!

Wonderful stay!

VRBO description and pictures very accurate. Great place to lay down and rest after long days at the parks. Only suggestion would be to upgrade the couch as it makes some pretty funky noises when sitting on it (springs) not very comfortable. Other than that everything was great!!

This Condo is exactly as it states in the listing. The place is clean, homey, great location and the owners are very friendly and helpful. They checked in a few days before our trip and also while we were here. They offered suggests on family fun while in the area. We really enjoyed staying here at this beautiful condo! Amazing Condo

The apartment is very well located, clean and close to all the main attractions, stores and supermarkets. Check in and check out process was very easy, the owner always answered the questions and always willing to help.

The owners were great and even reached out to me after I had not received their welcome emails due to an email change. They remained in touch throughout the trip just to check in and make sure we didn't have any problems and all of their communications were clear. My son had a volleyball tournament in Orlando, so we had a lot of downtime between days and hung out in the comfy condo. The most well stocked condo I've been to! Very clean and well maintained. Had everything we needed and then some. The area had just about any store or restaurant you could want as well. I would definitely stay here again.

Felt Like Home

Our stay was perfect. Michele is a great host and wonderful with the communication. Everything was very clean and comfortable; we felt right at home. I really enjoyed the coffee cup selection! The unit is on the top floor and quiet, also, the elevator was always available, which was very nice. The pool and grounds were beautiful, and the condo is close to everything. Comfortable and conveniently located

The condo was as advertised, well located in a gated community and close to the Disney theme parks. Check-in was easy and Michele and Ron were prompt to respond to any questions we had. A great stay!

We had a great stay here! The place was so quiet which we loved and so clean. There was plenty of space and the photos matched. We really loved how the pool and clubhouse were so close. We also had everything in walking distance such as coffee, restaurants and shops. This was the perfect spot for us to stay while visiting our family in Orlando. The bus also takes you to Epcot and Disney springs which is only a 5 minute walk away! Lastly the hosts are amazing and always responded with any questions we had!Would recommend this place especially if you are looking for something more quiet and relaxed! You can tell Michele and Rob truly care about their guests!

This condo is excellent! We have stayed here twice and will be back again! The split floor plan is perfect for our family with older teenagers. We love having access to a fully stocked kitchen and washer and dryer too. The pool is rarely busy and the 3rd floor unit means no upstairs neighbors when you need sleep! The unit is exactly as advertised and the owners are very attentive! Highly recommend this home away from home!

Perfect for what we needed.

We came from Michigan to set up our son for school. This condo was the perfect place for us to hang out while he did all the new student things. We really appreciated the efficiency of the air conditioner on these 100+ heat advisory days!

Family Vacation

We stayed at Michele and Ron’s place for 6 days for a family vacation. We had everything we needed in order to make our stay as comfortable as possible. We were a short walk from Aldi which helped us to save money on eating out. The beds were comfortable and clean and even though we didn’t have the best weather, we really enjoyed having the pool and hot tub as well. Thank you for letting us enjoy your place!
