Westgate Town Center Resort & Spa provides guests all the comforts of a fully furnished home just 1 mile from Walt Disney World® Resort and minutes from other Orlando area attractions. Onsite amenities, including 14 heated outdoor pools, Basketball, Tennis, Volleyball courts and the award-winning Drafts Sports Bar & Grill. Ship-Wreck Island on site brand new water park strictly open for guests only at a small fee per person per day

Overall the staff at Westgate did all they could to accommodate our needs. I would give the resort 5 stars for effort. The clientele left much to be desired. Lots of ignorant patrons shouting and arguing. Marijuana smoke at each turn. Most times we didn't feel safe in certain areas of the resort.

Tout ce que nous désirons comme possibilités se trouve sur place : courts de tennis et piscines en grand nombre, basketball, autres divertissements, services alimentaires variés, approvisionnement complet à 1 km (Walmart), service très attentionné, réponse toujours rapide, personnel affable, sécurité parfaite, etc.

Not at all what we booked!

We were provided a room with two beds instead of accommodations advertised, which was a studio with a separate bedroom and bath, kitchen, sitting area, balcony. The resort upgraded us, but it still was not what we had booked. Texted person booked from who had called earlier in day to try to sell us tickets, and no response.
