The condo was as shown on VRBO. It was clean, well-kept, had a comfortable/cozy vibe, and it was well stocked with supplies. It was a great stay for 4 adults to relax and socialize. I would stay again.

Absolutely loved this property, everything we needed and more. Close to shopping. Very large clean home, well stocked and having laundry was a huge plus! Staff and grounds were excellent as well. Will definitely stay here again!

Fabulous

The location is just perfect, close to the pool and restaurant. The resort has everything that you could possible want. So many facilities that we could used and met so many friendly people. This really was a perfect stay for the whole family. The apartment has everything you could possibly need and is really quiet. Excellent communication with the owner. We would love to stay again very soon as it really was a great vacation.

A great stay

We visited for my sister’s bachelorette trip to the magic kingdom. It’s a great distance from the attractions and the places we wanted to eat. Check out and check in was very easy.

BEST LOCATION

My family and I stayed at this property for 7 nights and it was exactly as pictured. VERY clean, and very spacious. Close to the pool and restaurant. The owner John, Front desk and maintenance were all very nice and attentive. We will definitely book this property in the near future.

we were very impressed with the unit we stayed in. We enjoyed the proximity to the pool and bar,plus the fishing dock. We enjoyed drinking our coffee out on the porch watching the lake and enjoying the breeze. The 2 bathrooms was especially nice.The three rooms came in handy also. We will surely stay there again as we are thinking of coming back in 2 years.

It's a beautiful place to stay at. The accommodation was good and the place was fantastic. Depending on where you need to be, it may be perfectly located or a bit far. The I-4 is very slow everyday if you need to head into Orlando. But the place was great and the property was excellent.

Enjoyed the condo, has everything we needed. Everything was clean. Nicely decorated. Beds comfortable. Pool super close, perfect temperature. Beach area is beautiful. Checking in and out was quick and easy. Property has lots of trees and plants, trimmed and well-tended. We’ll definitely return.

Amazing accomodations!

The pictures don't do the condo justice. We stayed with 4 kids, ranging 8-15 and there was plenty of spade for everyone. John was so generous and let us check-in early and then check out late. It was so much appreciated. We will definitely stay here the next time we're in the area! Thank you!

Nice property but a couple challenges

Our reservation was not found under our name when we went to check in. It took property management over an hour to finally figure out that the owner had not put our name down in the reservation but instead his own. Facilities and amenities are good. Living room furniture in the rental was broke down and not very comfortable.

Great place that has everything you need.

We booked this condo to watch our son play baseball at the NERP field. The field was less than 5 minutes away. Quiet complex. This unit is right by one of the pool areas that had beach volleyball, hammocks and pool. Complex has basketball courts, 2 pickleball courts and shuffleboard. The condo had everything we needed for our 3 night stay.

Great Apartment in a Quiet Neighborhood" The apartment was spacious, clean, and well-equipped, making our stay very comfortable. The neighborhood was peaceful and perfect for relaxing, though it is a bit far from the park if you're planning to visit frequently. One thing to note is that the building does not have an elevator, so keep that in mind if you’re traveling with a lot of luggage or staying for an extended period. Being on the 3rd floor might be challenging for some. Overall, a great place to stay if you’re looking for a quiet and cozy home base! Thank you John

Family Friendly Stay

Clean 3 rd floor clean condo close to pool and sand area. Website pictures do need updating, as it showed an arcade room which the receptionist stated had been gone for a few years. We had disappointed children for that reason. Only one spare blanket, so an extra blanket per bedroom would have been nice All in all it suited are use as a base for our vacation away from noise and crowds. Great communication with staff and quick responses from owner. Would definitely recommend and stay again, thank you

Great condo for the price of a hotel

Decided not to cram the family into a hotel room and try this property. What a great experience. Our only regret is we spent so much time at the parks that we couldn’t enjoy all of the amenities/activities this place has to offer. Condo had everything we needed. Everyone slept comfortably in their own rooms. No arguing over bathrooms. It was amazing. Can’t wait to stay again. The stairs were a surprise but after walking a whole theme park those were just dessert. 😂👍

Wonderful stay!

We really enjoyed the condo! Beautiful, clean, spacious and perfectly situated right next to pool/hot tub, restaurant and fishing dock. Although it’s situated on the 3rd floor with stairs only, it was worth the extra exercise. Beds were comfortable and water pressure good. The complex provides a couple days worth of bathroom toiletries and kitchen/laundry supplies (soap/paper towels/detergents/coffee) but after that, you have to supply your own. So bring more should you be staying a few more days. Close stores and restaurants. We used the gym, situated next to clubhouse and walked everyday. Really enjoyed our time at Bahama Bay!

Universal/SeaWorld Vacation

About a 30 minute drive without traffic, could be up to 50 minutes with traffic. The stay was worth the extra travel time for us as the condo was spacious enough for our family of four. We had an issue with the toilet running constantly and loudly on our second day. The service was quick to respond and it was corrected before we returned for the day. I like that all of the towels and bedding were supplied. The owner communicated with us in a timely fashion. The upkeep is done by an onsite service. We were able to enjoy the amenities of a hotel without the hotel feel. I would highly recommend.

Just like the reviews stated

Well, all the reviews were right on the money! The condo was very clean upon arrival and the location couldn’t have been better. Directly next to the pool, hot tubs, beach and fishing pier! Although the main restaurant was closed, due to staffing issues. The bar/grill was open and good for quick food such as hotdogs, burgers, drinks and other items. The owners were quick to respond to any inquiries and also quick to address a small issue with the TV remote. The only area we felt could use a little TLC was the accoutrements for the kitchen. Although there were enough plates, bowls, silverware and pots for making the necessities, a more robust selection of kitchenware, i.e. electric griddle and non stick pans, would make the condo feel more like a home and less like a rental. Lastly, the question of three floors and no elevator. Well there’s no getting around that. Checking in and out with luggage wasn’t the best part of the stay… but coming back and forth daily was never an issue as it was only two floors. We felt the location surely made up for the inconvenience. Bottom line…would definitely stay again!

Wonderful Vacation at Bahama Bay

My husband, our three children and I enjoyed a wonderful 8 night stay here during our recent trip to Florida. Checking in was a breeze. The location of this building (18) is the best - steps away from the pool, bar/restaurant, and sandy beach area. The condo itself fit our needs perfectly. The nature trail is wonderful, and we spotted many alligators in the ponds/lake throughout our stay. We did a couple days at Disney parks, and the drive was an easy 30-45 minutes depending on traffic. The one negative we had (which is NO fault of the owner of this condo) was disrespect from the owners of the condo directly below this one. They were constantly banging on the ceiling and were talking about us negatively with other vacationing guests while we were within earshot. My advice for them would be to move to a top floor condo or to a senior living facility if they do not want to hear footsteps above them. Vacationing families are not going to be silent. We were certainly not “letting our children run wild / jump off beds and furniture” because we are “from NY,” as they blatantly stated to others. We are working professionals from a tiny upstate NY mountain town enjoying a family vacation. (If this type of disrespect would ruin your vacation you may want to avoid this third floor unit) Otherwise - we have nothing but good things to say about this unit, the owner, amenities and all the staff we interacted with at Bahama Bay Resort.
