  • Your home away from home in Solterra resort. with 5 bedrooms. This home has a heated pool and is just a few steps away from the tennis/pickleball courts and the clubhouse and lazy river. With no rear neighbors you can enjoy peaceful morning coffees by the pool! A BBQ grill is also provided for you. This newly updated house features rooms with 2 king beds, 1 queen bed, and 2 rooms twin beds, perfect for families or groups. Each bedroom is equipped with a smart TV/Roku box. The upstairs living room includes a comfy sofa bed, creating a welcoming space to relax after a day of adventure. With heating and AC, the house stays comfortable year-round. The kitchen is fully stocked with appliances such as a blender and air fryer and coffee/sugar is supplied for your use. The garage is a games room and also features a 240 volt plug to charge electric vehicles. It also has a separate air conditioning unit. We think our place will help you experience everything Davenport has to offer.
