Beautiful Waterfront Condo Minutes from Disney

Fantastic beach resort, located a quarter of a mile off of Exit 68 from I4, less than one mile from the Disney gates, three miles from Sea World and seven miles from Universal Studios.

This unit sleeps six, with a master bedroom, a queen size pullout couch in the living room and a large bunk area just off of the master bedroom.

Front desk management is on site for convenient check-in, as well as meeting space to accomodate your business needs.

Enjoy a magnificent view from our 10th floor balcony overlooking a gorgeous free form swimming pool and beautiful 400-acre Lake Bryan. Our unit is fully furnished and complete with all appliances right down to the placeware settings! Tile flooring throughout, granite countertops, nine-foot ceilings, entertainment package (both in the living room and master bedroom), washer and dryer, jetted tub in the master bath and much more.

Outdoors, enjoy full access to the lake, where you can jet ski
or just relax by the pool. There is a fitness center and video gameroom just off of the pool area as well as Hawaiian Rumble miniature golf course is right next door. Sixteen golf courses are within a short distance. Dining and shopping, including a huge outlet mall are just minutes away. At night, enjoy a front balcony view of the Disney fireworks display or sitback on your balcony and view the gorgeous lake and pool.

Disney World with the grandkids

My wife and I stayed for 4 nights, one daughter and granddaughter joined us for 2 nights. We loved the pool and close proximity to restaurants and attractions. The unit was wonderful except for the shower in the main bedroom not working and it could really use more bath towels. Overall a great stay. Would stay again.

Great stay at this condo. Very clean and well stocked. Felt safe. The view are beautiful from the 10 floor. Slept 4 adult women on a quick mom’s trip. Highly recommend and would stay again.

Location was great for theme parks, Disney Springs, and a nearby conference. Condo was clean, good mattress, great view, and front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. Exactly what we needed and would stay again.

The Perfect Spot

We’re from the Sarasota area on the Gulf coast and came to Orlando to meet our daughter & granddaughter. (She was playing in a volleyball tournament at the convention center) There were some initial issues with the condo but the the owner responded immediately and they were rectified the very next day. The view was lovely - & the pool & hot tub great at the end of a long day! Would stay here again!

Get away

We got away for a few days to watch our son play baseball over spring break. We weren’t at the condo much but they have a very nice pool, hot tub and sun bathing area overlooking a beautiful lake. Wish I brought a fishing pole. Good condo for the price. Definitely would stay again.

Nice property and surroundings

Property, pool and dock are really nice. Pool is heated and large, has a tiki bar with drinks and food and plenty of chairs. Owner was accomodating to give us early check in but it took about an hour because room cards wouldn't work in elevator. Got one to work then neither would work to get us into the condo. The third set finally worked for both. The condo had everything we needed. Some of the furniture was worn out but the view and location was good

Great location

It was very comfortable. Clean, safe,. Great heated pool and hot tub. The tiki bar had great food and drinks. The communication with the manager was varied. We did have one problem- the main toilet had a leak. I texted the manager… no response. 2days later they came and fixed it. Thank you. The shower in the main bathroom did not work, we showered in the other bathroom… no problem. I have to say, the TV’s were very small, and the decor was very outdated. I was also not used to needing to supply all our paper supplies, and the front desk could not help with anything, but we had not stayed at a VRBO resort before. All that said we had a great two weeks there, and would come back to this place again.

Great location, beautiful view, nice pool.

Felt very safe and comfortable. Location is reasonably close to Disney, Universal, I4 freeway and airport. Pool was big and nice with lots of pool deck lounge chairs. Dock was nice with some updating construction work on the dock ongoing. Bar on the pool deck was a nice feature. There is music coming from pool deck all day so if you are looking for a quiet balcony not for you. Could have had a few more kitchen amenities like a Keurig and few more pots but was workable. Main TV is a little small but worked great. Master bedroom mattress could use replacing as a bit saggy, but all was clean. Jacuzzi tub was wonderful. All the amenities that were provided worked great. Very nice mini golf beside the property, very close walking distance to Dollar store, Chik-fil-a, McDonalds, Wendys, 7-11, Bahama Breeze. Short drive to Outlet mall stores and Publix.

Blue Heron - very goodplace but needs a few things to be great

My wife and I booked to lodge during our daughter's cheer competition. Unit was nicely appointed, good value and great location near Disney and outlet mall area and restaurants. Beuatiful view overlooking lake and pool area! Only negatives are minor, but a little attention could make an impact. 1. TV's are old and small. Not Smart TVs. To some this could be a big issue, but not us. 2. Kitchen lacked supplies such as wine glasses ( there were two but they didn't match. Ice maker didn't work so we had to use trays and one was broken and had to be oitched. 3. Could not find unit specific wifi. Used Tower 1 access. All in all, we would stay there again if it is just two adults. Very good location and value for a nice condo.

Blue Heron Condo

The 1-BR unit is on the 10th floor of the Blue Heron Beach Resort with a balcony overlooking the pool. There is no beach, but there is an excellent pool. The owner, Charles, is more generous than most in providing essentials including paper products and cleaning basics. There was a minor glitch with the unit’s AC system that occurred on Super Bowl Sunday. I contacted Charles who got on it immediately and found a repair technician on a Sunday(!) and the problem was resolved. The furnishings and wall art gave a tropical vacation feel. The only oddity is that the bedroom is adjacent to the resort’s hallway with a window that faces the hallway outside, so the window remained closed and curtained throughout my stay. In all other respects the condo was well above average.

Relaxation after the end of a long day

From the moment I entered the condo, I felt I was at home. There was ample room to spread out and the view of Lake Bryan from the balcony was beautiful. The bed wasn't too firm and it wasn't too soft...it was just right! The jetted tub in the master bath was phenomenal after a long day of walking around a large convention! The kitchen had everything I needed to reheat leftovers and the living room was well-lit at night when I wanted to read. Sitting on the balcony at night was really peaceful with little to interrupt me. Parking was in a small garage, so I felt my rental car was safe the entire visit. My only difficulty was the two small elevators taking a long time to reach the floor during the day because everyone is trying to get downstairs at the same time. Overall, this rental was an excellent space, it was clean, and it was in a good location to get to the Orlando Marriott (7 minutes drive!). Should I return to Orlando, I'd love to stay here again!
