Beautifully renovated four bedroom Villa in Gated Windsor Palms Resort

Welcome to the sunny and beautiful vacation resort of Windsor Palms! Only a short distance from Disney World, this relaxing private residence has a bright open floor plan with your comforts in mind. Located in a gated community with 24 hour manned security.

Palm Key Get-A-Way has 4 bedrooms-one main master king bedroom with ensuite of a deep soaking whirlpool tub and separate shower, a second master king bedroom with ensuite, a queen bedroom, and a 2 twin beds Disney themed bedroom. All bedrooms have a wall mounted flat screen TV with cable to enjoy your individual show preferences.

The beautiful Disney theme continues to the living room which has colorful Disney Castle artwork, along with a comfortable couch and love seat, 55 inch cable TV with a separate DVD player. For those that enjoy reading, there is a reading nook located in its own special area of the living room.

With this open floor plan you can converse with family and guests in the kitchen area that are gathered around the table. The kitchen is the heart of the home with beautiful granite counter tops and new appliances to make your stay enjoyable. The fully equipped kitchen has a microwave, full refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, blender, beautiful ceramic dishes, and melamine dishes to be used as you eat outside under the covered lanai to enjoy your meal.

Upgrades to the pool and hot tub make this an area to relax in after you return to your vacation home after a fun filled day. This area is screened in and has a child safety net for added security. There is also a game room with air hockey and a pool table.

For your added convenience there is a full size washer and dryer in the home, along with an iron and ironing board. Some other extras are a high chair and stroller.

This vacation home is located close to the main clubhouse which features a sundry shop, complimentary movie theater, community pool, children's splash pool, children's playground area, sand volleyball courts, basketball and tennis courts, fitness room, game room, and a bar and poolside grill.

Windsor Palms is located off Formosa Gardens Blvd., approximately 1 mile from US192, a short distance from Disney World, Sea World is 10 miles away, and Universal Studios is 14 miles away. Also, there are many local golf courses in the Orlando, Kissimmee, and Davenport areas. There are also beaches-New Smyrna beach and Cocoa beach. Plus, Kennedy Space Center is nearby which is Florida's Gateway to Space.

As advertised, a lovely home. The heated pool and spa were perfect after long days at the park. The kids had so much fun. I really like that the pool has a fence and the backdoors have kid proof alarms so there was no worry of the children sneaking off.

Great Family Stay

We had a great stay here. Great proximity to the parks, ample of space to spread out - kitchen was well stocked. Kids had fun in the pool and with the pool table. Would definitely recommend and stay here again.

Excellent location and clean house

This is our 3rd time staying in this neighborhood, and 2nd time at this house. Great neighborhood and this house is always clean. Ted was quick to respond when I had an issue or question. We would definitely stay again. Close to Disney parks, Walmart, Target and lots of places to eat. The food at the clubhouse is good too.

Christmas getaway

Our family of 4 (all adults) plus our dog stayed at the property the week of Christmas. The house was immaculate and everything was exactly as pictured. Close to restaurants and only a short drive to Disney parks. Had all the amenities we needed. Would definitely stay here again!

Perfect home for comfortable family vacation

Our stay was absolutely perfect, the property is more than clean and exceeded our expectations! Close to everything - 20 min from Disney! - and the check in process was so easy. Great Family Stay

We were in town for a soccer tournament and then stayed over for Disney and Universal. The house was super functional and the kids really enjoyed the pool and game room. Location was close to many restaurants and stores as well. Great communication from the owner when we need to adjust our reservation. Great place to stay!

Great location great house!

Loved our stay. Perfect for our needs! Cold weather foiled our use of the heated spa for a couple of nights due to the warm up process taking over 3 hours - but other than that - it was perfect!!! Great communication and responsiveness from the owner! Highly recommend!

We stayed for 10 days and everyone was extremely satisfied. House is as described and plenty of room for us. Heated pool was very enjoyable and the minor glitch checking in was remedied quickly. We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful home. The home was clean and instructions for staying in the home were clear. House is as pictured, minus tub in master suite, which now has two showers. Great location to groceries, theme parks, restaurants etc. Gated community with club access. Pool and hot tub at house wonderful. Overall, great VRBO!

Perfect Location

Would definitely stay again. Minutes from Disney and you can reach either coast within 90 minutes and other dining and entertainment venues 2-3 miles away. Unfortunately we were unable to use the pool due to the unseasonably cold weather. Hopefully next time.

Comfortable family get-away

This house was super large. Great for a big family vacation. The house was nicely cleaned and furnished. The only thing missing I would say was a rice cooker. (But that’s just the Hispanic in me). The hosts were very easy to reach and friendly. They also replied back within an hour after messaging them.

The house is in a beautiful gated area.close to disneyworld& universal studios& all orlando attractions. Pet friendly which we loved. House all 1 story so no climbing steps. House beautiful with tons of space& amenities. We are already planning to go back next year. Great communication w owner.

Disney Visit

The property was clean and met our expectations. This was the first time we used VRBO and our pre-trip questions were answered by them and directly by the property owner. Our grandkids enjoyed the pool at the home as well as at the clubhouse. The clubhouse had activities planned for children and adults. We especially liked the theater that you could reserved for our family. I would recommend this property to others.
