Great Location - Beautiful house

We went to FL for a family vacation and stayed at this beautiful home. The kids had a blast in the pool and the game room. Very clean, tons of space, and great location if you're doing Disney parks.

Great house for the family!

Very clean and well maintained home in a quiet, gated neighborhood. Nice screened in plunge pool along with a great hot tub for after a long day. Highly recommend!!!

Really enjoyed our stay. The inspector stopped shortly after our arrival to make sure we were settled in and comfortable. Supplies (soap tp,detergent) were all sufficient.Technology was great.Game room was fun for allOverall our stay was very pleasant.

Good place for Disney vacation getaway for families

We enjoyed our time in this house for our family vacation to Disney. Having 4 bedrooms with their own bathroom was so convenient based upon our family grouping. The neighborhood was quiet and has a great spot for outside play.

Perfect Getaway

The stay was very comfortable. Had all the amenities we needed for 5 nights. We used the hot tub everyday, it was great! We paid to have the pool heated, its was ok to swim in. Wasnt very hot but considering we were able to swim in December was nice! Would definitely recommend to anyone.

Home away from home

This house allowed my family all the comforts of home while away on vacation. It was close to Disney as well many convenient grocery stores. The amenities this house offers helped our family be comfortable and also have lots of fun! The owners were wonderful and very responsive to questions.

Overnight stay for a Fantasy Football Draft

What a great place to stay for a guys trip. We played golf at Celebration (a short drive away) and convened at this great house. Plenty of room for 8 of us and itā€™s well equipped with everything you need. Highly recommend this property and the communication was great which made the Checkin and checkout process seemless.

House was very clean. Back patio was in total disarray but owner responded quickly. Really enjoyed the pool and game room. Great location! Great having a high chair but baby monitor was nowhere to be found.

Perfect Disney Getaway!

This was truly a great experience - because of Steve and Katieā€™s beautiful home. Our group of friends was able to make meals and spend time together as a unit while also being a hop skip and a jump away from the parks. Steve and Katie made everything extremely easy and their home is beautiful! I canā€™t recommend it enough.

The house was great value for the money. Nice and secure location. Great communication, fast replies to any questions. All the arcade games were a great bonus. A/C worked well. Fairly close to a lot of restaurants and main roads. The gated community was a little bit out of the way with a really nice drive to get to it. We would stay here again.

Fun Disney getaway home

Our first impression of the property was just what I was hoping it would be. It was true to the pictures online and my family and myself had a great time staying there. There were a couple of things that popped up that I needed to reach out to the owners for and they responded in such a quick and timely manner to resolve any issues. We stayed here instead of at a Disney resort while on our trip to Florida for Disney and I wouldn't have done it any differently! We are hoping that we can do our same vacation again next year at the same house, we all enjoyed it very much!

Great space for family getaway

We loved the great space in this house so our teen daughters had their own space including bathrooms. Distance to everything- groceries, Disney, was perfect. The house is clean. The pool and patio were not ready when we arrived. The pool filter is on a timer and I had to contact the owner several times. He was very responsive but it was an inconvenience. The pool chemicals were sitting at the bottom of the pool when we got there. It was clear that the filter hadnā€™t been running before we arrived. It didnā€™t look really swimmable until the second day of it running consistently. My husband had to spray down the patio furniture and patio that was full of dirt. He also scraped the bottom of the pool that had bottle caps and bracelets. The kitchen could use new cups,etc and the game room was great but could use ping pong paddles. Everything is just really worn. Overall a good stay. We felt safe and we enjoyed our time.

A comfortable stay but not perfect

The layout and decor of this house was as depicted but we found it a bit smaller and more dated than we anticipated from the photos. Superficially, it was clean, but the exterior needed work. The check-in process was frustrating because I did not receive the QR code ahead of time. I communicated with the host and property manager several times and they were always lovely to work with. The issues we encountered included a malfunctioning hot tub, lack of pool maintenance, dirty pool deck, malfunctioning smoke detector, TV remotes needed batteries, and no baby monitor upon arrival. We used all four bedrooms, and everyone reported that their beds were comfy. Iā€™m glad we paid to have the pool heated, as we used it a lot. The rented bbq was pretty scanty and didnā€™t light properly without a lighter. The video games worked well and were a big hit with everybody. Bella Vida consists of a lot of rental vacation homes, quite close together, and many were not occupied while we were there. People were friendly and we felt safe. The garbage pick-up was variable and raccoons seem to be an issue. The main club house was well maintained with a large 3-foot pool which we used once and the kids enjoyed for an hour or so. For a family who is busy at Disney every day, this would be a perfectly nice landing pad. We spent a lot of time at the house with small children, so these issues may have impacted us more than some.
