A second floor 2BR apartment with excellent amenities in a safe and gated community within 5 miles of Disney Animal Kingdom Theme park. One Spacious Master bedroom with a King bed and Walk in closet. A second converted small guest bedroom with a queen bed.
The resort amenities include 2 Pools one of which is heated, Gym, Tennis Court, Volleyball court, Play areas and ponds. Equipped with fast wifi, large TV and a work desk.

The home has a fully equipped kitchen with dining area, 50 inch TV in the living room and TV in the master bedroom as well. Unit has a dedicated washer and dryer. Linen and towels are provided to the guests!

The master bedroom has a king size bed and closet.

Please note that the guest bedroom is quite small and has a large opening in the wall near the ceiling.

Unit amenities include; towels, linen, coffee maker, iron, ironing board, hair dryer, microwave oven, refrigerator, electric stove, dishwasher, electric toaster, central air/heat, dishes, cookware and utensils.

There are 2 swimming pools in the resort and the one next to the clubhouse is heated. The resort also features a indoor Game Room, Fitness center, Volleyball court and Kids play area.

This is a strictly no smoking property. If violated we will charge $100 penalty.
