Disliked: Cleanliness, amenities, property conditions & facilities, communication
We checked in after hours to a disgusting home. The floors were dirty, the dining room still had food under the table. There was a dental floss pick left in a broken chair. There was a toy, froot loops & a candy wrapper left on the living room floor. The end tables had sticky residue. The walls & carpet were dirty upstairs & there was a dirty towel lying next to the sofa in the loft. The showers in all the bathrooms had mold. When we pulled the cover back on the bunkbed we found tags from new clothing & a zip loc bag filled with something brown stuffed next to the pillows. All of this led us to believe that there was no way that this home could have been cleaned. I had a family of 13 who were all distraught especially during a Pandemic when most companies are taking extra precautions to ensure the safety of their guests. I contacted the mgmt ofc & spoke to the mgr at 9:15am & after apologizing she advised that a cleaning crew was being dispatched. I called back at 4 for a status to find out the mgr had left for the holiday weekend but the cleaners were still coming. At 5pm i decided to visit the ofc fearing they would leave us with a dirty home for 4 more days & was told that the cleaners were no longer coming but someone who would investigate. After a tour, cleaners arrived a day later & was only told to spot clean certain areas. We were told our cleaning fee would be refunded but have yet to hear back from mgmt or rcv our refund. I will never stay with this co again.
