Nice unit. The lazy rivewr waterpark is not right outside the door you need to drive to it. There is a great little waterpark a 1 minute walk away with a splash pad and water slides. The front door needs work and the grout is dirty, Otherwise we felt this was a nice unit on par or a little above avg units like this.

A month long stay

My husband and I stayed for the month of February. Yamile was a pleasure to deal with. Very prompt to reply to any questions. The listing says a Queen bed in main bedroom but it’s actually a King which was a great surprise. Close to clubhouse. Perfect location for young families. Private screened porch on back. Large home with lots of space. Would stay again

I was nervous booking on short notice, somewhere with little reviews. I was pleasantly surprised when everything went smoothly. We stayed here for just a few short days. The pool/waterpark area looked inviting, although we didn’t use those amenities. This is off I4, but when coming back from a night at the theme parks, it seems the majority of traffic was going in the opposite direction from us. Great stay, great communication throughout and pet friendly was great for us! We would absolutely stay here again.
