- As per ChampionsGate Resort policy, upon making your reservation, we will require the names of the drivers of any vehicle, including names of all adults over 18 in order to enter the resort and access on-site amenities.

- Please note that this home is considered to be self-catering. We do provide complimentary items to start your trip including one trash bag, toilet paper, paper towels, and dish detergent for your use. For additional supplies you may need to consume during your stay, you may purchase them from the nearby local markets.

- Please note that the Championsgate registration system requires a QR code parking pass for resort access. A valid email address will be requested after booking to send your parking pass.

- There are pots and pans in the Kitchen. Please bring your own condiments if you plan to cook.

- Pool/Spa Heat is available for $40 dollars per night and must be turned on for the duration of the stay. Heating will typically run on a timer from morning to evening each day. If the stay coincides with extremely cold temperatures, the water may not heat all the way to the desired temperature. Please let us know in advance if you’d like to add this to your reservation.

- Please kindly note that Pool/Spa Heat is Not offered throughout (April to October) due to increased outside air temperature/summer heat and humidity with not being able to feel the full effects.

- Please note that a professional pool technician visits once weekly at unannounced times for maintenance and cleaning, ensuring the pool meets safety standards. The technician enters the property from outside the home/exterior lanai and does not enter indoors.

- Fireworks Notice Please be advised that fireworks are not allowed on the property.

- HOUSE RULES

After we arrived we where told the heater to the pool was broken, and tgat the sun was out to warm the pool or we could use the public pool. We did not use the pool, it was to cold. The next day, the cable comoany showed up at 8:30 for reais that the owner had scedueld. That day the TV in in the living room stoped working.. that took a day to be replaced. I then had to be avalible to text codes to the owner for an hour, to set up the TV. When i compained. I was told thst this was a home not a hotel, and i had to help out the iwner.. the house was prety run down, pooltable close to falling apart, the game room was unseable due to no AC in that room. The hole house has a smell of water damage.
