Cheerful 4-Bedroom Home with Pool

Welcome to your best Florida vacation!

Situated near Disney and other renowned theme parks, this spacious haven is perfect for the entire family. Located in a charming neighborhood, this 4-bedroom 3-bathroom house is a welcoming retreat for guests. With a king bed, queen bed, and four twin beds, everyone will find their perfect spot to unwind. Enjoy the terrific amenities like a screened pool area, full kitchen, and laundry. The 3 bathrooms, one with a relaxing bathtub, ensure convenience for all. Immerse yourself in the serene atmosphere of this lovely home - you're sure to make fantastic memories with a stay at our place.

You are about 15 minutes from Disney World, 25 minutes from Universal and SeaWorld, and 5 minutes from Walmart, Aldi's, Chick-Fil-A, Steak 'n Shake, and many other shops and dining locations.

The space
This spacious home has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.

The Master Bedroom has a king size bed and an en-suite bathroom with double sinks, an oversized shower, and bathtub.

On the right side of the house, you'll find three charming bedrooms, two with two cozy twin size beds (Avengers theme and Mickey Mouse theme) and another with a full size bed (Frozen theme). The two bedrooms in the back of the house share a full bathroom. The bedroom off the living room has its own en-suite full bathroom.

In the living room, relax in the 4 theater style, manual reclining chairs, while watching TV on a 75-inch flat screen.

Each bedroom, including pool area, has a flat screen TV.

The home is equipped with fast Spectrum wireless internet.

In the front of the house, you have a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances. Prepare delicious meals with ease, and savor them in the cozy breakfast nook or the spacious dining room, perfect for shared family meals and cherished conversations.

Guest access
There is a full-size washer and dryer set in the garage, which guests have access to. There is one locked closet in the master bedroom that guests do not have access to.

Other things to note
Although there is a hot tub in the backyard by the pool, it is currently NOT functional. And Please NO PETS!

Great place to stay!

Location was perfect! SO close to Walmart, Give Kids the World, Disney, Universal, etc. Expert tip: Place your Walmart order the day before and swing by for a curbside pickup on the way to this amazing place. The fridge is already cold and welcoming to accept your food. The beds are very comfortable.
